I would definately give a 0* but its not possible i purchased what looked like 2big garden lanterns. They arrived weeks later tiny plastic and i wouldnt pay a 1.00 at B&M DO NOT BUY from this awful scamming site. I cannot find the advertisement or how to return and from reading reviews this sounds costly and expensive. I am so cross that i have been scammed by this advert on FB/Instagram
The product was purchased July 27, 2025. To this date, it hasn't arrived. Several emails were send regarding the shipping and/or update status of delivery and there has been no reply.
A call was made to the phone number listed, 707-932-5921 (California) and you get a busy signal, then it disconnects.
Facebook should have an HONOR system within their system to here scam are not allowed. This horrible on behalf of their organization and businss, should they care about their users and/customer base.
I ordered on Aug. 3 receiving confirmation. I received next notice that order was "on it's way" Aug. 10th. No further communications and it is Sept. 6. The tracker stopped working saying site is not available. The number to call company is a nonworking number. I have written to email address info@tinytidenet multiple times and no response. If I could warn people not to purchase from them I would. Other sites sell the product I wish I could have known to do that.
Still have not received my paid for order!!!! The phone # just rings and then busies out ~ tried to go to this website and security breech comes up. Order # 9913362 - Confirmation # 3D5NNRUW9.
I am done with ordering off Facebook connections !!!
I purchased three Bunby toys. The advertisement on FaceBook showed them to be interactive and quality made…. The ad appeared professional enough. They arrived from China after a few weeks. I put batteries in one to test it. It just hops (like a wind-up toy) and squeaks. It is NOT what was advertised! To return it, I must pay shipping costs and wait for receipt, inspection, eligibility, and “certain number of days” (the gist of the email sent to me). I must send it to an address in Miami (80 SW 8th St Ste 3303, Miami, Fl 33130 US). I don’t trust any of this based on what I received vs. what was advertised, and I will keep the bunnies for what they are and eat the cost. At least I have SOMETHING! But…Why do I feel that I’ve been scammed?!?! (I’ve read about brushing scams, for example, where a returned item seems to fit into the scammer’s intent). My recommendation: Buyer Beware!
I ordered 3 of the bunnies
They were nothing like the add on Instagram. Total fraud.
They are squeaky.
Don’t buy from this website.
I ordered a 3d pen from this company as a Christmas present. The pen didn't work, it wouldn't get up to temperature, kept turning itself off.i have tried contacting the company 4 times to ask for a replacement or a refund but nobody has responded to my emails. I would not recommend using this company. Very disappointed.
