Yowpets is a customer service oriented company. Not only do they offer great prices for the products they offer however their customer service is mine one of the best! When placing an online order I accidentally missed selecting the free shipping option. A quick phone call the next day they’re able to timely resolve by refunding the shipping charge back. They had other options as well to ensure I didn’t pay shipping while retaining my discount. 5 Stars 🌟 PLUS
