It was ok. Different.

Great company! Customer service was superb!

When I asked to shut out my subscription they gave me no issues and said they would credit my money back to my bank account

I haven't received my refund you said you gave me

They are such a big scammers. I have never subscribed to their services and still been charged without my consent. I don't look over my emails but one day I noticed some email from youthvale saying subscription plan has updated. I was completely confused that when I have not subscribed to it so how does the plan got updated on its own. Not only this when I checked my bank's transaction history I was shocked to see two transactions that I didn't do. But as soon as this came to my notice I immediately reported it to their support team and briefly explained the scenario on August 20. To which they have sent me a cancellation period email.
After losing money, I got a relief that now when the subscription has been cancelled I won't see any other charge on my account further.
But that doesn't end here, now I see on September 2nd they have again charged me for no reason despite the subscription has been cancelled.
I am 38 weeks pregnant and I am so frustrated and annoyed that I have to deal with this. I am not in a condition to focus on these scammers at this time but I would suggest everyone who's reading my review to save yourself

Well I actually read the small print that says after a trial period u will be charged 64$ which is still F'd up but I knew it was something up no way u get a couch for under 10dollars I copied what it said and added it to post bellow

This special offer gives you the opportunity of becoming a member and tries out full access for 3 days at a minimum rate. After this period, you will become a full member enrolled in the automatic recurrent payment every 14 days, at the then-current rate (64$). Don't worry! We remind you three days before each top-up and you can skip as many top-ups as you want, completely free of charge.

Once the payment has been processed it cannot be invalidated. Your membership services will be available immediately until cancelled. You can cancel your membership anytime by accessing your member account or contacting our customer service representatives by e-mail or live chat. As a valued member, you will be able to enjoy exclusive member-only pricing and dedicated promotions."

I had some questions about membership and subscriptions, the staff was very helpful in resolving my concerns. I appreciate their response.

I have never heard of this company. Suddenly, I was charged $40 out of nowhere. Then I was told it’s nonrefundable. I have no idea how they got my information and I’m actually very concerned.

They help me to the best of my ability I read everything wrong but they answered everything I needed to know

These people are a joke I cancelled my account and they put a 14day waiting period on the account so that if there are any charges within that time they can charge you for it!!! What a joke! Now I’m going to have to go to my bank and place a stop payment on the account!!!

Was wrongly signed up for and charged for an account i never asked to set up. Then charged to cancel something i never signed up for. I see another complaint same as mine. They steal your money.
