I switched energy suppliers today and the young lady on Uswitch, named Sky was extremely helpful and expllained everything to me properly. she also answered all my questions quickly and efficiently

It was completely stress free and extremely easy. The uSwitch rep. was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

DONT TRUST COMPARISON
Went on to check what our best energy price would be and it came up with Scottish power, now I know Scottish power is a rip off so why they are showing them as the best for us is shocking. Checked myself to see what our current provider would be and it is 1p cheaper per unit and the standing charge is 10p cheaper than Scottish power, I believe uswitch are getting paid by the bigger companies to put them at the top as this isn't the first time this has happened, absolutely disgusting of a comparison website to be looking out for the companies rather than the buyers, I wouldn't trust uswitch again. Check yourself not with a comparison website they are looking out for the big dogs now it's disgusting.

They are going to be a scam company. They promised me BT voucher and M&S voucher if I switch to BT broadband. I DID NOT RECEIVE any gift card after 5 months now. When I ask them by mail they ignoring me !!!! Just answer "speak with BT", even if before you buy they informing that vouchers are send by third party company.

My original tariff ran out, didn't have a clue which other companies were best for me. Gave u switch a call and Gareth talked my through the steps.
Gareth was calm, professional and really nice. Any questions I had he answered, anything I wasn't clear about Gareth reassured me.... And by the end of it I had saved a fair few pound!

Spoke on the phone to Kathleen, currently working from home in Seaham, during the current restrictions. Kathleen explained everything clearly and with great patience, taking me step-by step through the process of changing my energy supplier. Having recently been widowed, and working through so many things for the first time on my own, it was a pleasure to speak to such a patient person, who took all the time I needed, to help me understand the process. USwitch are very fortunate to have her.

I spoke to Carl James 31st March. In the process of switching from Green Network Energy to Eon. Started this process on the 13th March only to find the electricity was ok but the gas had been left with GreeN Network Energy. Eon not taking any calls at the moment. Green Network not being helpful at all apparently Green Network withheld the gas at the time of the switch for no particular reason. Had an email yesterday from Eon saying they would be deducting for my electric but unable to monitor the Eon acct on line because it does not recognise the acct no. What a mess. I spoke to Green Network yesterday and they are now saying both electricity and gas are staying with them yet I got this email from Eon saying the will deducting for electricity in April.
Help anyway I spoke to Carl James yesterday and he was absolutely brilliant, so hoping this mess is going to be resolved thanks to Carl.
