Elliot is very professional, reliable and approachable, He is a good listener. He is readily available to solve any pending concerns with a positive attitude, maintaining good communication skills at all times.

At a dry season of shifts as this, Elliot has managed to secure some shifts for me.

When I decided to leave my post and join another agency I was allocated a consultant named Joe. I have been with other nursing agencies and he kept touch most days to ensure I was taken through the compliance. he had my uniform and badge all delivered in a timely manner. When I began working with them he made himself available 24/7 to contact and always ensured I got a shift the days I requested. He listened to all needs and he is an asset to this company

I’ve been working for your world for 5 months. Tilly Jordan my recruiter has been very supportive and proactive. I get regular shifts when I update my allocate. They have been understanding when I have needed to cancel. I get paid on time at a fair rate. I would recommend the company and recruiter highly.

Working with your world nursing agency has given me opportunities to choose from lots of shifts available for registered nurses. The weekly payments are very convinient and you get a dedicated booking consultant that ensures you get shifts of your choice as and when needed. I have worked with Elliot for almost 3 years now and I never have any issues with him. He is always there to support and always prompt on answering concerns. He is friendly and easy to talk to and I know that I can always rely on him.

Since working with my consultant Elliot, I receive way more shifts than with other agencies, better rates and quite often I get paid on Monday instead of Friday.

The good thing about Your world for me is that Leyla and Michel makes me feel a part of the system. Keeping tabs to ensure my shift are booked and paid for, encouragement when there are issues and getting them sort out swiftly.
These two are the best so far.
The downside recently is shift cancellation with short notice

It's been very good working with Yourworld since I registered with them a couple of years ago.

Especially with my consultant Kian. He has been working really hard in making sure I get my shifts booked, getting payments on time and explaining me any concerns I had.
He also has been very supportive and always responding to my messages and calls very fast. I always felt I could relay on him and trust him.

In general Yourworld Healthcare has been so supportive. The team has always work together in making sure nurses are supported.

I had an awful experience with a previous consultant at YourWorld in 2019 who had told me he arranged work for me and kept me waiting for months before finally telling me that he actually didn't have a post. As a result I vowed never to work with YourWorld nursing agency again.

I was contacted December 2023 by Oliver Kennedy who runs the community division in Scotland who asked if I'd like to work with YourWorld. I explained to Oliver how bad my previous experience was. He asked me to give him just one week to sort and finalise a contract which was tailored to my preferences in a location I chose. I put the phone down fully expecting to be disappointed yet again, however just days later I was called back and offered a post in the area I'd mentioned. Oliver had clearly worked tirelessly to secure a place at the payrate I was hoping for in the shortest time I've seen yet!

I've been working with Oliver since who is very attentive, punctual when he has made arrangements to make contact and professional in his approach to managing the process of working as a locum. Every issue which has come up has promptly been either dealt with or escalated appropriately. He's a friendly chap who is easy to talk to and clearly has the experience required to get the job done. Most importantly, I know where I stand with Oliver and what to expect thanks to his clear communication and ability to manage expectations. He's an asset to the organisation and I look forward to continue my working relationship with him.

Yourworld agency has been great, since l joined 2023. My consultants Bradley and Kyle are amazing and always helpful making sure l have shifts. I have recommended my friends to Bradley and Kyle.
