10 Tage kein Zugang

Ich habe mein Lager angemietet, jedoch war der Zugang zum Gebäude nicht möglich. Laut Hotline wäre das Lager offline. War fünf mal vor Ort, habe zehn Tage gewartet, keine Besserung. Und nun hab ich gekündigt. Ich hoffe wenigstens mein Geld zurückzubekommen

Hallo, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Wir bedauern sehr, dass es zu diesen Unannehmlichkeiten gekommen ist – das entspricht definitiv nicht unseren Standards.

Wir möchten klarstellen, dass wir deinen Widerruf selbstverständlich akzeptiert haben und der Betrag bereits rückerstattet wurde. Während des Problems haben wir unsere Kund:innen informiert, dass der Zutritt aufgrund eines technischen Defekts leider nicht möglich war.

Gerne teilen wir dir mit, dass der Standort nun wieder einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir würden uns freuen, dir doch noch von unserem Service überzeugen zu dürfen.
