75% failure rate, waste of money
I bought 4 tests. of the 4 only 1 was analysed the other 3 were not. when i questioned this, allegedly i didn't follow instructions. i don't believe that to be true, however that is what the comany claims.
Additionally they have the same tests (menapause test and female hormone test) that are actually the exact same lab profile but one costs more than the other.
The instructions themselves are incredibly complex, making it easy for them to claim you missed a step or did it incorrectly, there are other alternatives like HomedIQ that i personally have had a lot more sucsess with. i would never recommend Yourshealthtest to anyone and regret wasting my money.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to read that you are not satisfied with your experience with our tests. We understand that this must be disappointing for you.
In June and September 2024, you purchased four tests from us and sent them in a year later. It is certainly possible to use the tests at a later date, but it is not possible to issue a refund a year after the purchase and use of the tests. Unfortunately, the submitted samples could not be reliably analyzed, as the instructions had not been fully followed. To accomodate you, we offered you four new tests free of charge. We understand that this was not a direct solution due to your upcoming emigration.
That is why we tried to accomodate you in another way with a suitable solution: when you return to the Netherlands in the future, for example during a holiday, you will still be able to use the tests.
Regarding your remark about the different tests: the Hormone Profile Woman Plus test and the Menopause test are indeed exactly the same and are offered at the same price. However, the Hormone Profile Woman Basic test is a different test and therefore priced differently.
We regret that in this case we were not able to assist you as you hoped.
