Good and different varieties

The worst experience ever! I want to return the shoes. The label doesn't work in Germany. Contacting customer service5 times!! Friendly answers that weren't helpful at all. I don't want to be stuck with shoes that don't fit . Customer service doesn't answer.
I don't recommend ordering from this company!

Quick Delivery, soft and nice clothing.

I wasn't happy with my first order because the dress had clearly been worn and had black stains all over it. After getting in contact with customer service, I was told that they could refund the money, but not send me a new dress. So I had to place a new order. I was not that happy with the service.

Did not receive items, bad customer service

They have great clothes. But reaching customer service has become impossible. Only thing I got was that Chat Bot. I tried to reach them bc of their 10 € return fee. 10 € is very high especially when you need to return an item due to an quality issue. A return fee isn't justified when you return bc of poor quality in my opinion.

Great Cloth, fast shipment

The goods have not arrived to me yet. I ordered the goods on May 11, 2025. They were handed over to someone from Hermes on May 20, 2025. Unfortunately, Hermes could not tell me who they delivered the package to. On May 26, 2025, I was told to review the process.

Every product I've purchased from yours so far has been excellent. Very well made, great quality, and the price is right, too.

In this case, the tankini top looks great, and I'm looking forward to the beach.

I explicitly asked where I could find and review a pending invoice because I forgot the payment type I initially selected. The answer I received only explained how to create a return. Looked like an automatic answer to me as well, a real person would have noticed I said I liked the items and intended to keep all of them.

Disappointing.
Still havent received my order yet - got the info that part of my order was cancelled but never any details on what items couldnt be shipped.

The shipping info from Hermes states that they are still awaiting my parcel - my first time experience definitely wont let me come back. I just hope I will satisfied with the rest as they charge 10 EUR for all returns.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick delivery.

I did return all the shoes but I didnt get a respond or any mail or the refund.
The quality is very bad and thetering the price way to expensive. I got boots few months ago, just after a short time they were broken.
Now i returned what i bought because it was obvious poor quality. But i didnt get the refund yet or response to the unfair fees for returning

I like the help from service center but I dislike the costs for return which is too high.

I recently received a pair of jeans that I ordered from your online store. Unfortunately, I noticed that the security tag is still attached to the item.
As a result, I am unable to wear the jeans and will need to return them. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how such an issue could occur with an online order, and how best to proceed with the return or exchange.
