Car was great no issues what so ever

Good vehicle.
Two small blemishes on the car when I returned it and I was charged over €1,000!
I felt cheated and would never consider renting from them again.

First time I work with yourrent and definitely I'll do it again. No hassle at all picking up the car or returning it. Very helpfull and on time to collect us from airport. The location is very close to the airport and handy when returning.

All very good service as usual, only down points to record was a long wait time at the airport despite calling them directly as leaving passport control - call answered stated 6-7 mins, more like 20-25, plus car itself was pretty badly damaged all down one side by previous renters

This company will lie to you and then charge you or refuse to refund your deposit - you have been warned!!!

We recently hired a vehicle from Your Rent and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

During the rental, the vehicle broke down and would not start. At the time, we were clearly advised that charges would only apply if the issue was caused by user error. If the fault was mechanical or electrical, we would not be charged. Based on what happened, this was clearly not due to any misuse and appeared to be an electrical fault.

Despite this, we have since been told we are being charged €320 for vehicle replacement, administration, and towing — which we strongly dispute as we never even had our vehicle towed!!!

What is particularly concerning is that we were informed a refund had already been processed to our account, which was clearly not true. No refund had been received, and this raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the information being provided.

We have requested evidence to support their conclusions, including any diagnostic reports, but nothing has been provided so far.

A breakdown can happen with any vehicle, but the way this situation has been handled — both in terms of communication and accountability — has been very poor.

Flight was delayed by 2 hours so they cancelled my booking!
Would reinstate only if I took out their premium insurance.
Would not use again and definitely not recommend.

The car itself was great and clean. Yes the car itself was cheap €25 for a week - HOWEVER, in the fine print they charge you €160 for FUEL!!! It comes full and you take back empty which is fair enough but i had a small aygo X and when i put €20 from fuel light being on it went up to nearly a full tank. This is just a ripoff and should he advertised more clearly. Luckily enough i had the extra money this time but what if i didnt?! Or you could pay €35 per day for the extra insurance so you didnt have to leave a €900 deposit incase of accident. Then they wouldnt charge you the €160 for fuel.

They were great to deal with, very easy to sort out the car and great communication highly recommend although I would pay the 174 euros for the extra full insurance as the Spanish driving is very eratic

We took a 9seater mini van which was in excellent condition, and we paid the lowest price in the market (80 euro per day, including full insurance). During our rental, as well as before the rental (when we needed clarifications) we had a perfect communication and support by the company. We surely recommend it!

Very disappointing experience with WheeGo when collecting a car booked through DoYouSpain.

My booking was refused because I did not add a flight number, even though the field is optional during booking and only described as helpful in case of flight delays.

I had already arrived in Spain on 28 February and showed my boarding pass. I was also ready to show my return flight on 19 April. On top of that, I had just completed another rental with WheeGo from 28 February to 13 March, so they had already rented a car to me for two weeks without any issue.

While I was at the desk, DoYouSpain offered to send my flight number to WheeGo, but the staff member refused and said “we don’t have an email here where they are going to send it.”

The staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help, even though I was physically present with valid documents and proof of travel.

Refusing a prepaid rental over an optional booking field is unreasonable and very poor customer service. I will avoid WheeGo in the future.

Very bad experience. They charged €105 for fuel, even though they said it was only a reservation. After returning the car with a full tank, the money was not refunded. The car was in poor condition, and the brake pads were worn out. I do not recommend renting from Wheego!

If i could give 0 i would, had 2 bookings with them in January and in February they refused to give me a car as i did not had international driving license, but January was everything perfect with that. and by the way while i was still in their office i booked another car with different company, and i mentioned to them, so he said in Spanish to the driver do not stop by that car rental company as they go past to airport, let them get another shuttle and waste their time,( i do understand Spanish) complete wankers, would never recommend anyone to rent a car from this company.
