Sleeves are high quality, order process is quick and easy. They are very communicative about the process.

Well detailed products that look absolutely fantastic even without premium editing. Once I receive my playmat, I’ll do a separate review for that.

Products were ordered on April 7th. As of May 31st, they still have not been received. The only way I could get any communication from the company was through Facebook messenger, and even that was hit or miss. They never communicated anything with me until I reached out, then tried to blame delays on not getting an approval from me. How am I supposed to approve anything if they don't send a request for approval? Almost 2 month later, and supposedly the items have shipped, but their tracking is terrible, and i have no idea where my products are. Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The first batch was not great. Shit happens. But people in the support are really great. They were kind, helpful and really patient. We manage to reconfigure the source file and make a new batch which was top quality. Thank you again !

I purchased the x100 card sleeves with a custom image for my friend’s birthday, and he absolutely loves them! It was easy to upload the image from my computer when ordering, and the final result came out crisp and clear. I can’t wait to play against his Necron MTG deck and admire the sleeves! We’re both very satisfied with the end result.

The wating time for the shipping is much longer than they advertise, it took me more than a month to recieve my custom mouse pad.
To be fair it is not entirely their fault, production was fast but there where problems with customs since the product came from China. However never in the website they specify where the product is shipped from, I would have bought from someone else if I knew.

The art print is very good in my opinion; however the quality of the mousepad could be better, it is very thin and also it doesn't adhere to my wooden desk very well.

They're not up front about production times. It's been almost2 months. When I message I don't receive a response until days later. They don't get back to you within a reasonable timeframe and they tell you nothing.
I've been chasing this for so long as I'm moving house. They told me they'd accelerate my order. They haven't. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. It doesn't matter how good the product is or isn't, if they're not up front about the fact they have excessively long and unreasonable production times

Placed my order on April 1st. It is now May 1st and there the product is still not in my hands. The business claims they cannot give a full refund. On the website it advertises "10-15 days for your playmats to be printed & packed & shipped". It is well over 30 days now. If I knew it was going to take over 30+ days to get the product (keep in mind, I still don't have it delivered still), I wouldn't have even ordered in the first place. I needed the playmats for an event that was happening on May 3rd and now it won't be happening. I will not be returning as a customer, be careful when doing business with this company.

Absolutely love how the mat came out. Worked hard to get the image as crisp as i could and looks fantastic, centering could be better but it is only off by a few cm. took about 20 days, but considering tariffs, that's pretty good.

Playmats turned out great. Used them to create maps that are more kid proof for TTRPGs.

The playmats feel great both on front and on the back, you can feel the high quality of materials. The image is very clear, maybe just a tiny bit darker than expected but overall really good looking. The vendor is helpful and polite. I would totally recommend

The colors were vibrant and the print came out looking perfect! I got the stitched edges and they were well done! Will definitely be ordering from them again! Shipping was slow, but I don’t think that was this sellers fault.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE!! My orders never came and I was never refunded. Customer service said they’d refund and then didn’t get back to me and never actually followed through and refunded anything. They stole that money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!

I was really happy with the desk mat. It came out really nice and the quality of the piece was really impressive.

Excellent quality item and the playmat was made to order for a table that seats 8. Love the whole thing and happy I was able to get what I was looking for.

I'll start with my order did not arrive as specified. The dimensions were off and the mat was not square. The custom image was perfect quality. I provided feedback to the customer service team of the flaws with the product. They responded quickly, offered to provide a full refund or ship a replacement with better quality control. I was initially disappointed given the price paid vs the quality received. Their responsive communication and willingness to correct this issue seems to be rare these days. I believe they valued my feedback and were quick to provide solutions.
