I ordered five sets of custom sleeves and a custom playmat on January 9th, 2025. After about a month of waiting, I decided to contact their customer service, which I quickly realized that was a mistake because they kept lying about the production time of my order. My friend experienced the same thing, but they never responded to him right away. I had to email them in order for my friend's questions to be answered because they kept telling him his order was delivered even though he never got his shipping confirmation. Every time I asked about my order, they kept saying it was delayed by 2-3 weeks. Don't ever trust their customer service because they will keep lying to you over and over again. After 2 months of waiting, I told them to cancel and refund my order, and here is the stupid part: They actually refunded my previous order from June of 2024, which I already received. I had to tell them to fix their mistake. As of now, I am still waiting for my refund after they told me it would take 5-7 business days to receive it in my account. This company was better in the beginning until the customer service person named Oliver left and Alexandra took over and drove this company into the ground.

While I had to wait a long time for production and shipping, the final result of the product was worth it. Once production finished I received the normal shipping communication and the product arrived safely and stupendously.

I ordered 4 custom playmats on January 4, 2025 for an event I was holding on February 19th, 2025. PLENTY of time to fulfill. I was constantly checking in with them on status, confirmation, etc. From January 29th - February 14th I heard NOTHING. Even though I emailed multiple times asking for a ship date/tracking. Late on February 14th the emailed saying "due to logistics they were unable to make my mats and would issue me a refund."

I WAS LIVID. You ghost me for 16 days and now tell me this 5 days prior to my event?!?! Due to their non-existent communication, I was forced into reaching out to their competitor who came through for me, but the rush fees were $190 over what I had already paid Your Playmat. I asked for a full refund + the $190 I had incurred due to their lack of communication. They had the gall to email me and say it is against their policy but they would be "happy to give me a discount on my next order."

WOW. Yeah, I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU EVER AGAIN. Horrible communication, customer service and now stuck with $190 in extra costs to meet the deadline THEY promised they could meet. No wonder they don't have a Google review page and have turned off their Facebook review page. They don't want you to see the horrible experiences their customers have.

Your Playmat, own up to it and make it right. Extremely disappointed in your services.

Never received order even woth notification of delay of 2-4 weeks. Ordered in October, it's February and still haven't received product. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Is this a company? What do they do there?
I ordered two sets of custom sleeves on the 26th of December intending for these to be late Christmas gifts. Each set cost $75 but I was prepared to pay for custom quality.
When I noticed a few weeks later that they hadn't shipped I contacted them and they said it would be 14 business days before they could get them on the road and then 5 to 6 days shipping.
On February 14th, they still had not shipped and when I followed up to ask what the holdup was, they promptly issued me a refund, explaining that there were some delays that they couldn't really specify on. They had not even started the process of getting them printed. It has been two months.
I do not recommend trying to buy from this service because it is likely they will not even send you a product.

Without telling me, they did ship the product after refunding my money. I have it with me now and the quality is great and I'm really happy I'm just confused as to why it wasn't made clear to me that they would be still making the order. They said they had canceled it.

This company is a scam. I have emailed them from about my order from multiple addresses only to get the same response, formed like it is from an actual person. Order purchased on Jan 28th. No order sent.

Placed an order in early November, and when i finally received it in Jan, I received an empty envelope without even a receipt or anything inside. Was never able to get a refund or the order corrected. Would suggest avoiding to anyone willing to listen to an online reviewer.

The upload process was simple, the customer support was immediate, and the final product was superb! Shipping albeit a wee lengthy, but well worth the wait 👏

I ordered two custom foil playmats from Your Playmat. They both arrived in the time that I was told it would take for production (roughly a month given that I ordered around the holidays), the process was fairly transparent, and the end product looks amazing. I highly recommend using them for your foil playmat needs!

Like other recent reviewers I placed an order at the beginning of January 2025 and have received no update on the order status and attempts to reach them via their support page, support email, and Facebook page have been unsuccessful. I have submitted a dispute with my CC company. Seems like they were a good business at one point so no sure what happened.

I know I hit Your Playmat hard when ordering 10 customized card sleeves in such a short period of time, but they have done a wonderful job on them all.

I am already looking at other card sleeve ideas to submit for some more sleeves and a couple of game mats.

I am excited and steep in anticipation when I order from Your Playmat awaiting the card sleeves to use in my Marvel Champions game with friends.

Ordered on 10/12/2024 and as of yet have not received anything. Followed up a month ago and was told it should be sent soon. Most recent emails have not been replied to.

I made my own custom playmat image and purposely created something that looked worn out and "comic book pixelated" - the visual effect and resolution of the images were quite accurate to what I was aiming to achieve. There is one super small minor stitching issue in the stitched edge, but it is insignificant as I am very impressed with the overall material, visual and print quality. (The bottom black line is not a stitching error, but a printed visual texture in the digital file) Customer service even told me there would be a shipping delay which I respect as this is good customer communication. The mat still arrived in a reasonable timeframe. Would definitely purchase from here again and will be recommending my friends.

Unresponsive in there emails(had to contact them on facebook) and took quite a while around 4 months for a foil playmat and 100 card selves but my god do they make good product. My playmat looks majestic and the card selves is all I could ask for. If you have the patience they make a good product. Edited-03/10/2025

I ordered an extra large playmat to use as a desk mouse pad. When I needed to change the size of my order and image used, I was able to have it corrected quickly without hassle. I was concerned the extra large size would make the original image used blurry or pixelated, but the quality of the image came out great.

It has now been two weeks since I heard from YourPlaymat last, where they stated they would deal with my problem quickly. I placed my order on December 2nd, it is January 17th and it is yet to be dispatched or printed. On the 8th of December, a member of the team confirmed they received the files for printing. On the 5th January, after 3 attempting contact 3 times over the missing product, the blame was pushed to me and they said they never received the files, and will deal with it promptly. It is the 17th of of January as I write this, and the status of my order remains 'ordered', 6 weeks and 5 days from my initial order date. Their shipping policy is 'Playmats orders will usually be shipped in 1 to 7 business days'

I ordered a custom playmat before Christmas and it was shipped within two weeks (I received it in Canada approximately four weeks after the order was placed, which is great given the holiday season).

The playmat itself is beautiful. It is the same material as a mousepad and, while a bit thin, the stitching gives it a very luxurious look. The print quality is excellent (at 300 dpi). The text is crisp and the colors vivid. It doesn't seem very susceptible to creasing, which is really nice. I am delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend them.

I had a custom playmat created for a friend as a Christmas gift. It had some questionable content on it (matched my friend's humor style). I used a high resolution image and ensured it was properly centered. The mat came out perfect. My friend absolutely loves it. They offer editing services but this order did not include this addon. The order was delivered in the communicated time frame. I couldn't ask for better service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Do not bother ordering from this company! I placed and order at the start of December and then heard nothing about my order. I emailed and contacted through their Facebook page, finally heard back to say there had been delays in manufacturing and shipping so basically my order had just been sitting there for over a month. I did end up getting a refund but what’s the point in ordering from a company who simply cannot keep up with their demand. They need to update their website to reflect the real manufacturing/shipping times.

The playmat itself is gorgeous! The uploading the image was simple and the enhanced editing feature is definitely worth the extra cost. I also used the custom size and the final product was exactly to specifications. The colors are vibrant and pop as advertised. My expectations were the playmat would be good, but it came out great!
