Really useful webinar

Very helpful advice and information on purchasing overseas property. I was already aware of some details, but it's good to be kept up to date with the latest situation and to understand the details. Good to have a variety of experts in one webinar, and we could post questions (I had a very helpful answer). Well worth spending the time attending, thank you.

Our overseas home has made the process of me buying a property in Cyprus really pain-free and easy.
The first thing that I did was download their PDF guide which in itself is so helpful in mapping out the steps in a clear and concise manner.

After I had understood the process, I then took a trip to Cyprus (it was actually our third trip) and it happened that on this occasion we found exactly what we were looking for.

Subsequent recommended contacts from YOH in terms of lawyer and money exchange has been great too. Companies with integrity and so much great customer service.

So, right now, we are about 5-6 months to completion (due to slow government processes in Cyprus that deal with title deed changeover etc) but not in any rush so all good.

Yasmin at YOH is wonderful to speak to and cannot do enough to help.

In summary, a really great organisation that will get you on the right track to a safe buying process abroad. Thank you!

The webinair in itself was not too bad. However, as part of the webinair Your Overseas Home partnered with Beaux Villages Immobilier who subsequently proved to be a complete waste of time.
