There are too many positive points to mention, from the booking, collection, our travels and unfortunately having to return the Motorhome at the end of our week.
From the moment we chose this company we knew we had made the right decision.
The Motorhome performance was flawless in every way from inside to out.

We have just got home from an amazing road trip around Scotland with a motorhome hired from YourMotorhome. Looking for a motorhome can be quite a confusing, especially when trying to work out which vans you can drive on your license, and what you need to know regarding the operation of the motorhome.

As soon as I clicked on Your Motorhome's website, I knew that this was the company I wanted to use.

If you call them, Harvey will likely be the one to answer the phone. He will answer day or night, and you can tell he is truly committed to making sure that you are happy and comfortable. While planning the trip I must have called Harvey about 15 times and each time he was patient with me while I asked silly questions. He was always happy to speak to me for as long as I needed.

Once it came to booking, the process was simple due to Your Motorhome's excellent website, especially when compared to other camping and motorhome companies! The website was easy to use and made it very clear which dates were available for each vehicle. There were no hidden costs, no ridiculous insurance waivers, no extortionate optional extras - everything was just included in one single price. More on this later.

Your Motorhome has a fleet of brand new motorhomes which are genuinely as lovely as they look in the photos. We took the Zefiro 665, which is perfect for a couple, but could definitely accommodate two adults and two children. The motorhome was spotlessly clean, modern and so comfortable. The driving seats were luxurious, the kitchen modern and clean, the bathroom spotless and the bed impressively comfortable. The only thing we found difficult was the shower door not gliding along its track correctly, and being impossible to close properly while showering - a small price to pay for such an impressive motorhome, but a nuisance nonetheless.

On the day of your trip, you will likely meet Eleanor who was absolutely amazing. She had the answers to everything we asked and was brilliant at her job as front of house and the main point of contact during your trip. She will show you around the motorhome and explain everything you need to know regarding the day to day operation of it.

Included in the cost of the Motorhome was everything from cutlery, pans, plates and dishes, outdoor seating, a hose to help you fill up with water, chocks (levelling wedges to ensure that the motorhome is level in case you need to park on a hill), clear instructions for daily operation, and much, much more. Even hi-vis jackets were provided in case of an emergency! All of the above could easily be classed as chargeable optional extras, but credit to Your Motorhome, they are included in the price for the benefit of their customers.

Your Motorhome require a £1000 security deposit in case the vehicle suffers damage that you are at fault for, however this is quickly refunded upon return and if damage was done to the vehicle they would only deduct what it cost them to repair that specific damage, refunding the rest to you. On our trip, we were reversed in to by a third party, and although the motorhome suffered some damage this was deemed a non-fault issue and our entire security deposit was refunded!

Both Harvey and Eleanor made it clear to us that we could call or email at any time of day and they would be glad to help us. We would always receive an email back within an hour of sending it. During our trip there were multiple occasions where we had to send Eleanor an email and she was always prompt, friendly and thorough with her responses.

To summarise, the trip was perfect and that was in large part due to the customer service provided by Your Motorhome, Eleanor and Harvey in particular. By the end of trip we wished that we had booked another week, and will definitely do so in the future! We have already recommended the company to friends and family and can't wait to book again ourselves.
