Her calm, friendly demeanour put me at ease from the off

I have, for many years, had issues with emotional dysregulation under certain circumstances.

Unfortunately these are circumstances that I tend to face on a fairly regular basis.

After a single session with Jenny I have been calmer, better regulated, more controlled and more centred in myself.

I can reset my mood at any time, whenever I feel I am losing control, and instantly become more deliberate in thought and deed.

I am far from fully healed. But Jenny has helped me take a huge step in the right direction.

More was accomplished in that one session than any of the CBT or other counselling I have undergone.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jenny to anyone requiring assistance.

Her calm, friendly demeanour put me at ease from the off.

And, even though I was required to think back to some traumatic events, I was calm and detached from the turmoil experienced at the time.

I am certain Jenny will go on to help many others in ways that will exceed their expectations.

And I look forward to working with her again.

The change today was very noticeable and incredible

Had a wonderful session with Jenny yesterday. Opening up about food cravings isn't easy, but Jenny's warm and supportive nature made all the difference so that the session felt very relaxing. Jenny was very knowledgeable and not clinical, which really put me at ease. I didn't even notice a difference right away or at all that day, but this morning I woke up and realised that my entire perception had changed. I was looking at the exact same situations, but seeing them in a completely different way. I'm so glad I had this session with her and would very definitely recommend Jenny to everyone.

Blown away with my Zoom session for my anxiety to leave the house

I had a Zoom session with Jenny for anxiety and my fear of leaving the house, which had become really overwhelming.

Honestly, I thought I’d need weeks or months of sessions to make any real difference, but after just one session lasting a little over an hour, I couldn’t believe the change.

Before speaking to Jenny, even the thought of going out or going into a supermarket filled me with fear and panic. Now, I no longer fear the fear itself. I can leave the house, go shopping, and do everyday things again without that overwhelming anxiety taking over.

The difference this one session has made to my life has genuinely been  life-changing.

Jenny made me feel calm, understood and completely at ease throughout. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety or fears that are holding them back. Mrs A

Overcoming Claustrophobia

In just under 2 hrs Jenny was able to help me get my life back as suffering from severe claustrophobia. This previously stopped me taking the grandchildren to the movies or a show as I cannot be confined in dark places. I have been so amazed at how much easier life has become for me and I cannot thank Jenny and her NLP techniques enough, neither can my grandchildren! Highly recommend and even have a family member lined up to meet with Jenny to overcome her anxiety.

Amazing reiki

I’ve been supported by Jenny in the past with weight loss, and more recently I’ve had a couple of Reiki sessions with her. I went to her feeling overwhelmed and stressed, and she was absolutely incredible. Her whole approach is so calming, professional, and reassuring — I felt safe the moment I walked in.

Each session helped me release so much tension and quiet my mind. I honestly floated out of the room afterwards. She has such a gentle but powerful way of helping you reconnect with yourself.

Whether it’s for stress, anxiety, or general wellbeing, I couldn’t recommend her enough. She truly has a gift, and I’m so grateful for the difference she’s made to how I feel.
