Your Image On Canvas Reviews 

Over 6 months and still nothing! They keep replying to my emails saying we are sorting it and nothing, again!! £39.99 down the drain. Please please do not use this company

I ordered from Your Image On Canvas over two weeks ago, but my product hasn't arrived yet. Communication has been a challenge with no response to my emails and difficulty reaching them by phone. I placed an order on the 7th of December, and while the site mentions longer delivery times due to current circumstances, it wasn't clear about the processing time. I eventually received a dispatch notification on the 21st, but there was no tracking information. It took about two weeks for my canvases to arrive, likely due to postal strikes, and the notification email wasn't very clear about the dispatch status. In the past, I've had good experiences with them, and one order arrived impressively fast. However, recent issues with delivery and communication have been disappointing. I hope they can improve these aspects going forward.

Ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and still not arrived . Can’t contact them via phone and no response by my emails !!
Absolutely shocking

My canvas arrived and I could not believe it the photo I sent was of my Mum and her five grandchildren one of them was completely cut out. So disappointed I sent a screenshot of the canvas and emailed it to them & had no reply 3 emails later & still nothing. Shocking company.

Placed order on the 7th December. Received an email to say order has been processed and now dispatched on the 21st December. The website does explain longer delivery time currently, but doesn't make the processing time clear or factor in the processing time. No tracking information provided. Very disappointed.

Service was ok on time with delivery but prints were dull looked like they had been hanging years & faded. Compared to other canvases I have the overall quality not good sorry won’t use again x

Having to rate a 1* currently as I’m struggling to get any response from the company. Ordered a canvas for my grandmas birthday which is 18th Dec. Placed order on the 25th November and still have no clue when or IF it’s arriving. Emailed and used Facebook messenger with no reply. Messaged again and got an automated response saying office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm yet still no response.

So far what I’m seeing is pretty poor communication and customer service. Perhaps I can update this when someone EVENTUALLY gets back in touch with me. But so far - I wish I’d used another company. If this doesn’t arrive by the end of this week, I will keep enquiring about a refund. Disappointing.

Order placed 9th Nov, supposedly dispatched 15th Nov, today it's 5th Dec, still not arrived!. I am aware of postal strikes, but this is ridiculous. I have called them and sent several emails, for an update and finally refund. Not once have they replied. Poor service, avoid at all costs.

They have taken the money but no order has turned up I’ve emailed and also gone through Facebook and still no response like many these are gifts and now I’m left out of pocket and no canvases

When placing the order it says 7-10 days delivery. Waited 3 weeks and no delivery. Chased via email and no response. Requested refund and no response. Awful service - stay away

Seen a couple of negative reviews on here and it got me worried, dropped them a message on Facebook & they messaged me back 24 hours later. My canvases arrived today.
Okay - it’s taken 2 weeks from placing the order to it arriving (Royal Mail strikes also haven’t helped that) & you don’t get tracking information once shipped.
You will get a finished processing email in your JUNK folder and right at the very bottom in tiny writing it says “your order has been dispatched” I think that needs sorting with a clear dispatched email.
Other than that I'm happy with my order and the fact it arrived. I would order again

Just wanted to say what a brilliant service this company have provided from start to finish. 5 star! Easy ordering, arrived on time and packaged well so my canvas was in perfect condition. I read somewhere it has new owners, so well done and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

What else can I say, Superb service, Superb product. Will definitely be using them again.

Your Image on Canvas has really stepped up its game since the new owners have taken over. All canvases look great and are of good quality. The customer service was really helpful, they answered all my questions and did so quickly. I will be ordering again!

I ordered a canvas print of my cats to hang up in my home. I am so impressed with the quality and the customer service is excellent. The package arrived in good time and had obviously been wrapped with care.
The instructions on the website were very easy to follow and uploading my image was easy. Such nice quality for yourself or as a gift!

I recently used ‘your image on canvas’ for new wall art after we decorated. The quality is amazing and was a lot faster than I expected too! Will definitely use again. They have been great in keeping us up to date with our order and talking with me when I wasn’t sure what I wanted.

Bought my first canvas with Your Image on Canvas, and having seen some of the older reviews I was worried, however I had nothing to worry about! The quality is fantastic and speedy delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again
