Sump pump debacle

The service was excellent in determining the problem they were called out for. The technician Dylan was a problem solving expert in fixing the problem without having to deal with any unexpected problems. Oncore has always provided service companies that are rated above an A+ rating!

You're better off self-insuring

Please for your mental health stay far away from this company. I've paid premiums for over a decade through my gas utility in Michigan and finally had an issue with a washing machine and filed a claim. The initial technician that was sent out indicated that they would order a part and come back in a couple of days for a repair. Oncourse denied the claim indicating the unit was not repairable - after the technician THEY sent out said it could be repaired. They sent out a second tech and the then denied the claim. Their "solution" was upgrading me to a "better" plan for $69.99/mo. so they could send me a small check to assist with a replacement. Save your money - you are better off self-insuring because their premiums will result in far more expense than replacing yourself. I posted the same review on the BBB site and Oncourse offered an email to address my concerns. The response to my email was to call and discuss. I called and was told I'd receive a return call which I never did.

Out with the old dishwasher & in with the new!!

The guys who came to remove our old dishwasher & install the new dishwasher were very good. It took awhile to remove the old dishwasher (originally from when the house was built in 1995) & install the new one because they had to replace some of the plumbing hookups. All in all they were friendly & did a great job…
