Booked 4 day break to Greece on arriving at Rhodes airport there was no one there to transfer us to our hotel so went to meeting place Hellas where the lady was very rude said it was nothing to do with them clearly it was I had paper work another lady from another company helped us only to find out the hotel we was booked into had closed down the lady finally got us into another hotel totally ruined our break being left in a different country not speaking there language it was very stressful and quite frightening and we had to pay for taxi to hotel extra expense we had to pay this is totally unacceptable

Left a review 3 weeks ago and still no reply, this company is ripping customers off. It's disgusting, legal action needs to be taken now so that I can try and claim my money back

“BAD VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE”

I travel around word with jobs over 17 years. Work with a lot travel agencies. Never have so bad experience then with this company.
I understand all industries suffer from covid, but this company not care about costumers. I book in February for my birthday i may travel to spain. in uk was look down so till now i fight to be refund “all money” back not part of them is not about money anymore, is how they treat clients. Each time i call is answer machine and if i have chance speak with them they lie as promise new dates to sort problem.
I happy to put them in court if i need to.

We pay what they ask and they need deliver what they promise or even just try work together with client.

Was panicking days before trying to get responses but may have been due to covid situation. All turned out fine and just back from great holiday in Mallorca.

Still waiting for our refund after six months. The company promises everything and delivers nothing. Disgraceful!

They were very good at explaining everything nothing was left out I dealt with Zain who was excellent
