Easy & reliable. I converted my gift card to my Bol.com via here. Since I requested it after midnight, the card was emailed in the morning, which is not in 1 hour as stated did not hurt

Fee for card non-use
I don't like the layout of the stores, not all stores ship to other countries, so it took me a long time to find at least one. Also, if you don't use the card for a long time, there is a fee. And what can you buy with a 20 euro gift voucher and there isn't much choice for this price.

As for the €20 gift card, there is plenty of choice available within this amount. And since this card was given as a gift, the person who chose it surely believed you would be able to pick out something nice for yourself. After all, a gift card is meant to bring a little extra joy :-)

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, you have to split the amount into three, because according to the law you can only pay 1 x € 50.00 with a gift card per order. As a company, we have not chosen this. There is no commercial idea behind it.

Bedankt voor uw review. U heeft in een mail naar ons een printscreen laten zien die niet van YourGift afkomstig is. Het is een order die u heeft geplaatst bij een andere organisatie. Ik begrijp verder uit uw mail dat u moeite had te achterhalen op welke YourGift nog een bedrag stond. Dat kunt u via de saldo checker controleren. U heeft ook later in de avond ons laten weten de mail als niet verzonden te beschouwen, omdat het omzetten toch was gelukt. U geeft 1 ster. Het is ons niet duidelijk wat nu het meest vervelend was. Het proces van omzetten of het achterhalen van het saldo op de kaarten. Uiteraard mag u dat ten alle tijden toelichten. U kunt dan mailen naar klantenservice@yourgift.nl.

Thank you for writing this review. I see that you were still in possession of a gift card from us which is valid for 27 months. After 27 months, the card is still valid, but € 1.05 per quarter will be deducted. That happened in your case as well. It is good to see that you have now used the card and hopefully you have bought something nice for it.
