Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Firstly they advertise as a uk company. They are not. The products come from China. They send you Chinese tracking order which you can read and then tell you it’s royal mails fault. Never arrived. Have put in a complaint to klarna. Awful company. Don’t use.

Horrible returns process - wouldn’t order again

Ordered a dog bed, which was supposed to be sent with a free dog toy, but the free dog toy wasn’t sent. I received no apology or acknowledgement of this.

The bed was good quality and a lovely item, however too small for my dog so I contacted them to return it - I was first of all asked if I’d accept a 20% refund to keep the item, which I declined. The amount increased to 40% but I also declined it, stating I want to return it and have a FULL refund. They gave me the address to return the item to, which was to be paid by me - no issue. I’ve now sent them photos of the item packaged (as requested) and tracking details from the parcel label and I wait for my money to come back. Despite this, they then asked for proof of postage which I’ve replied with.

All in all it’s been a very tedious process and I’ve had to send far too many emails, just to return an item which isn’t suitable for my dog.

I still look forward to my refund. I have lost faith in them refunding me given the constant back and forth and emails stating they’ve had to refer my emails to another team, so I raised a PayPal case - the company have since told me via email that they can’t refund me unless I close my case…. That is NOT how it works. I’ve said I will cancel the case if my refund is arranged. Otherwise I will continue with PayPal.

Very satisfied with padded dog bed

Recently ordered a huge padded dog bed for my Rottweiler. It came quickly and was just as described. Only issue was with the tracking which didn't seem to recognise the code which was a bit worrying but arrived safely none the less. Seen some of the reviews and you must make sure you order the correct size of product for your pet otherwise you will obviously be disappointed and not their fault!

I want you to know that I am happy with your product. It’s very durable and safe for the animals. But I purchased three sofas and one of the sofas that I watched the very first time came partially unraveled so now we are having a cover that is coming apart. What can I do for this? It shouldn’t fall apart the first time I wash

No complaints here great service and product.…

I already reviewed but can't find it so.... All the negative reviews had me worried but it turned out there was no need. Arrived in good time, they even gave me the discount after I ordered because I forgot to put the code. They kept communication open and tracking to show where order was. Delivery took less than 2 weeks
So far happy with the product. 😊

Dr. Pickett was very helpful and explained everything. My kitten has an ear hematoma and needs a steroid compound that is not easy to find! Eva from customer service went above and beyond to help me find a medication from the company that would be delivered overnight. I am very glad.

STAY AWAY!

Ditto what the last poster said. June 5th I paid for an RX and vet fee to review it. Went to refill it and it goes directly to chat which no one ever answers. Found their phone number in California and got voicemail. Needless to say no one has called back. I guess I have to find a new online vet and start all over. (I have a local vet but they don't do appts. It's first come, first served and extremely had to get in.). Good thing I didn't pay for a subscription! STAY AWAY!!

seems like they are out of business…

As far as I can tell they do not even exist. No one responds. I paid for a monthly subscription and all I get is silence. I’ve started multiple chats and it’s been the same… absolute silence.

Excellent Care

Really appreciate the flexibility of doing an in home zoom call rather than having to take a new mama kitty and her whole litter into the vet. The info and resources I was provided worked - everyone is healthy now, Fuzzy Pet's was very affordable and the vet I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable.

What an awesome experience!

It was very user friendly. I was able to get the medicine my dog needed, and not have to jump through all the hoops of taking him to the vet just to get over charged. My dog feels great, and is back to his normal happy self. I love fuzzy! This is a life saver, and money saver. As a pet owner, I want to help my dog as needed, and these folks seem to understand helping means more than charging a fortune!

Greatest customer service ever!

Omg! Fuzzy.com saved my baby from scratching herself to death! Pills came in 24 hours and when I opened package there was a sweet little purple starfish in package. I cried! Greatest company ever!

Fuzzy's vet wrote a script for my cat

Fuzzy's vet wrote a script for my cat, which included 60 pills per refill with 6 refills. The pill is taken every 12 hours, meaning the script was for a total of 1 month. There was 6 refills remaining after our first order. For some reason, Fuzzy's team decided to alter the prescription and change it to 30 pills per refill, which wouldn't make sense considering the pill is taken twice a day (who writes prescriptions for only 15 days on a pill that has multiple refills?) No one does. This was done as an obvious attempt to get us to use their Veterinary system so they could bill us to another 30 dollars. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint as I have the necessary proof that shows Fuzzy altered the script AFTER it was initially filled. I am also in the process of seeing a different vet team, as I have lost faith in this one.

Simple online ordering, fast shipping

Simple online ordering process..snapped a couple pics of my dogs and uploaded and answered some quick questions. Pricing was the same as ordering online direct for the medication but the $15 doctor fee from Fuzzy is way less then what my vet charges. Medication arrived in a couple of days … super happy

My Cutting edge virtual appoint went…

My Cutting edge virtual appoint went well and I got 2 prescriptions. I have a dog and 3 cats and everyone was seen. Great vet, fast service, you can’t go wrong with Fuzzy Pet Health virtual appointment. Phenomenal job fuzzy, you have a client for life! My animals thank you too! Angela

I paid for this service under the…

I paid for this service under the impression that It was an easy solution and altnerative than having to bring my 120lb german shepherd to the vet for a very easy issue- an ear infection that he simply needs prescription strength ear pump medication for that he's already been prescribed and responded well to, in the past. I'm pregnant and have a full time job, otehrwise I would've just gone to my vet in person. As soon as I paid the fee, I ended up in a chat with a vet nurse who asked me far too many questions for a simple prescription and then proceeded to suggest a non-prescription medication, or I could wait to do a video with a vet to get the prescription I came for/paid for the visit for, even after I had already sent pictures of my dog's ears and answered all qualifying questions. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I won't be returning- defeated the whole purpose of not just going to my vet- to save my own time and energy when I'm trying to get other things done, but still trying to get a simple medication for my dog. I will NOT be recommending this service to anyone I know, unless they want to waste their time and money.
