devious company with underhand methods..

My wife and I are getting on in age and she applied for access to the family lair which is 100 miles from where we live . It was all taken care of from the local council officials(West Dunbartonshire) after supplying paper work . Yesterday my wife received a letter marked FINAL NOTICE in red letters. She was shaken by this ,on opening it ,it was a advert for Golden Charter Funeral Plans ,How did they know ? it was arranged over the phone and by mail. My wife has never recovered from a major stroke I am an official Carer for her it nearly caused another stroke .This company with a base in Bearsden Glasgow is lucky I am 100 miles from their offices . Very angry !
