Wigs I purchased are not the ones I received, there was not a lace front with any or headband. They are all black colored wigs of poor quality. The return of my wigs have been ignored

Everything about your product is wrong. I just looked at your product and ask can I send back and your company refused my request.

Can’t really explain anything until I get the products I ordered.

The wigs I got were so ugly the color looked so fake and shiny and nothing like the pictures and videos on their website.
I have been trying to contact them to return the ugly wigs for over a week with no response to my emails and no phone number to call.
I definitely got scammed. Don't buy from them.

Sent an email no response still haven't received my purchases and also shipping is not free even when the order is over $59 so hopefully I'll get the purchases and shipping that I paid for.

wigs did not look like on website, please don't waste your money. I bought 3 wigs and not the first on look like pic. I never wrote a review ever. This has been the worst ever

Charged me $30 handling fee to cancel which absolutely ridiculous. Not sure why it takes 2 weeks to process order. Nice customer service but wish they put the same energy into running a smoother business. Will never be ordering from them again.

The statement, 'You get what you pay for' is a complete LIE. I saw 2 100% human hair wigs, purchased them, and got something completely different. They both were shedding inside the bag. I purchased a curly one, but there were NO curls when I got it. It's not worth the hassle to send them back and wait forever for a refund so I'll just take the loss but I WILL NOT order from this site again.

The wigs are awful!!!!! First it takes forever for the items to be delivered. One they are delivered you discover that the items are nothing like advertised. The hair is advertised as 100% human hair but what you receive is undescribable. The wig looks like someone balled up hair and stuck it on top, there is no part to be seen at all as shown in the picture. The worst part of the experience is that when you try to return the item based off of their 100% guarantee satisfaction you are discourage from doing that because you are responsible for all of these shipping costs to mail it back and they tell you how expensive it is to mail something international. This is not 100% satisfaction guaranteed this is a conditional guarantee.

Wigs are good quality. Just don't know how to put them on

The wig on the site was beautiful but the one I got was horrible

It was heavy and no lace also the part in the middle was Terrible.
I couldn't believe what I got was what they thought looked like the one I ordered.the inside of one of them wasn't even sewn good and was falling apart. This is sad because they wanted me to ship back to China at my own expense( which I didn't know that it came from China then I wouldn't of ordered it). They would not credit back my money only offered $10 then after my complaint they refunded $15. Ridiculous since it wasn't my fault the wigs was trash! L waited a long time for it to arrive then got a hot mess of 3 wigs! Very very very disappointed with everything

These wigs are horrific. I bought 5 of them. They are not the quality advertised. The gray hair is blue the part is thick and hard and obvious. The hair is so light it feels like plastic. They came from overseas so it’s No way to return them, which they informed me I’m responsible to pay shipping overseas. The company discouraged me from sending them back saying it’s near impossible and offered me a meager $10.00 refund. I will never order from this company again. They are showing False advertising on their site because the wigs I received were laughable and clownish. The quality would be in the Halloween store.

What a fraudulent company. I bought two wigs, and one of which was for my wedding day. The wigs that were sent to my home were nothing like what I ordered at all. I sent them pictures of it and alll they offered me was a $10 refund! They are a fraudulent company and should be shut down.

The wigs are cheap, the smell is awful, smells fishy! The wig LOOKS NOTHING like the advertisement on their website! The reviews on their site that's all 5's Can't be by real customers if the wig they received looked and smelled like the one I received!

Absolutely horrendous!!! The wigs are very cheap and tacky looking. The website is a scam and the pictures are false advertisement. What you see is not what you get!!! If you want to return the wigs they want you to pay enormous shipping charges back to China BUT the return address is in California. If I could give them a "0" review, I would.

I found my experience to be exciting and I enjoyed selecting the different styles and colors.
