Top workmanship, excellent install from these guys that installed our new heating system with a heat pump. We had a number of quotes from the "big" companies but opted for Your Energy as the team seemed to really care about getting it right for our house. The team that came put a shift in and left our house cleaner than they found it! Now enjoying a warm and efficient home. Will recommend to anyone, thanks again.

This company is 100 percent a scam you will get a full on cowboy job holes in your walls etc a freezing cold home if you look into this there is a legit your energy and a fake one that appears legit do not be fooled be careful they seem legit but they are not they have screwed my family over don’t let this happen to you do your research avoid them like the plague

I had a service contract with Your Energy after they installed my heat pump, I couldn't fault the installation is was professional, quick and relatively mess free. However when it came to needing an annual service I found them difficult to contact, not responding to emails, phone calls, texts etc. They did come and service the system but after 3 months of trying I still do not have a certificate to show the system has been serviced. Eventually I cancelled to contract and have had to find some one else to service the system, effectively paying for it twice.
I would recommend them for the installation side but find some one else to do any servicing

We've recently had a Heat pump and general heating upgrade from Your Energy. The whole process from surveys, installation and now installed system has been fantastic.

I'm really pleased I picked Your Energy. The founders Alex and Liam both got stuck into the installation work themselves which is very reassuring. They designed the system carefully and ensured the installation met their specification. They were onsite for just under a week with another Alex, the Plumber and James, the apprentice (both excellent lads).

I wasn't sure we would be able to have a heat pump fitted as we have solid wood floors downstairs. My understanding was that this could have prevented access for new pipes being fitted. In addition, the old hot water cylinder was crammed into a small cupboard in our bedroom. Other installers (i.e Octopus) had said that this space was too small. However, Alex and Liam were not concerned. They designed the system around these constraints. I get the impression that they would be able to find a way to install anywhere.

The end result is a huge improvement on the old boiler system:

• The hot water cylinder was moved to a downstairs storeroom which is much better for us.
• They upgraded the hot water to mains pressure which is a huge improvement from the old, header tank pressure.
• They got rid of the noisy shower pump in the bedroom.
• They upgraded the pipework so that we get instant hot water in the kitchen and bathroom (previously it took ages).

In addition there were some aspects of the installation which were a pleasant surprise:

• We were prepared for new radiators and assumed they would take up more space. However, the new radiators are not physically bigger, they have more surface area packed into the same (or smaller space).
• I'd assumed the heat pump itself would be installed at ground level in the back garden. However after the survey it was agreed to be installed above heat height at the side of the house. Its not taking up any usable outside room at all.
• I've not heard the heat pump once. There is definitely no noise annoyance at all.
• Its definitely warm enough. We heard rumours that heat pumps can leave you feeling a little big cold. Not this one. After the first day, we turned it down to its lowest setting and that temperature suits us perfectly. Admittedly its a bit of a change in for us. The heat pump is designed to provide an even temperature throughout the house. We are used to just heating the room we use. However its nice not to have those annoying draughts.
• Cost wise, I can already see that its cheaper than the gas boiler per kWh. Once we take our solar and battery into account it will be a fraction of the cost (about 2.3p per kWh for the Heatpump vs 7.9p per kWh for the boiler).

I'd encourage homeowners to upgrade now and not wait for their boiler to pack in first (like we did).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Couldn’t Be Happier with Our New Heat Pump!

From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about heat pump technology. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the right system for our home.

Installation was smooth and efficient—no mess, no stress. The workmanship was top-notch, and they clearly cared about getting every detail right.

Two very nice gentleman came to do a heat loss survey with a view to quoting for a heat pump. They seemed very knowledgeable and professional. This was eight weeks ago. I have heard nothing from them since. Several emails and a WhatsApp did not receive a reply. I left a message with their customer service team a couple of weeks ago but nobody came back to me. Now all their calls are going to voicemail and they have not responded to a message I left a week ago. Does this business still exist.

We love our new ASHP and are really pleased with the effectiveness - have never been so warm during winter before! We’re impressed with Your Energy and we recommend them.

We had been contemplating changing to ASHP for a while as we needed to replace our very old gas warm air heating system. We’d spoken to a couple of other companies but weren’t as impressed with them. One company only fitted heat pumps that needed to be on the ground and for the purposes of our property, ours needed to mounted to the side of the wall. Another, different company sent over a salesman who was trying to convince us that any brand of heat pump other than the one that particular company fitted, would absolutely 100% not keep us warm over winter. This is blatant misinformation. That guy actually put us off that company.

However, with Your Energy, from the very beginning when we first spoke to Adam on the phone, to everyone we met in between, we felt comfortable and confident that we could trust the team. Liam was really knowledgeable and put us at ease about the installation, how it worked and answering all our questions. We wanted the water tank put in a particular location and Liam helped work out a smarter way that we could achieve that which I’m grateful for, as it avoided having the piping go all around the outside of the house - which would would have caused us to lose heat (a method that another company had suggested would have been the only way to achieve what we wanted).

Installation was really quick considering we needed brand new piping installed as the house had never had any fitted before. Was all finished up in just over 3 days. We had a couple of niggles with the heating after it was installed, due to a dodgy immersion caused by a manufacturer’s fault and nothing to do with the workmanship Your Energy. The team responded to the problem immediately, sending someone out the same day to investigate and replace the part and we’ve had no issues since.

We really felt the benefits of working with a smaller company - communication is excellent and the experience is more personal - they will go the extra mile.

Having had solar panels fitted back in October, the next step was to remove gas and decarbonise further…as well as reducing bills! Having searched far and wide, Your Energy offered the best solution (most efficient ASHP at a very competitive price). Having signed up, had the very detailed pre-installation survey, the installation was completed in a week. The team were very professional and looked after everything on what was a complicated install. The heat pump is fully up and running and the house is much warmer than before…in fact i have had to turn the temp down! The Your Energy team are a small business that take much more of a personal interest and care of everything compared to other ‘multi-legged’ companies. Highly recommend Your Energy…you get what you pay for!!

I had people from 4 different companies come round to quote for the Air Source Heat Pump installation for our home. I found the information I received from Adam of Your Energy more comprehensive than what I got from agents from other companies. And, I was offered a good discount, if installation is completed before Christmas.

As it was, I wanted the system installed quickly before my holiday ended. This made the cost much lower than the offer I received from other companies. In addition, Adam provided me invaluable detailed information about various heat pumps on the market and the parameters for comparing them, hence I was able to make an informed choice of the heat pump to use.

What is more, as I wanted the install done quickly before I return to work, Liam came on Sunday afternoon to do the survey. All the paperwork was completed on Monday, and work started promptly on Tuesday. There were a few delays in getting all the components, but by Friday, yesterday, the job was completed to my satisfaction.

The plumbers and electrician were very helpful, their jobs neatly and professionally done, and they cleaned up after their work. One of the plumbers also took time to help me install the app on my phone and talked me through how to use the app and the physical control.

I am now enjoying constant temperature throughout my house. Your Energy probably set a record in arranging and installing Air Source Heat Pump in the fastest possible time — less than 1 week! Will I recommend the company to others? You bet I will!

The team managed to turn around a quick install date as was needed before I went away. They were very tidy and explained everything along the way. One radiator arrived damaged but they had a new one out the next day. Alex has been helping me adjust our settings over the last couple of weeks to find tune everything. Thanks all.

Overall Your Energy proved to be very knowledgeable about Heat Pumps and all members of the sales, technical, installation and management team kept me informed of what was happening at all stages. The installation was excellent and I couldn't fault the people doing the install, they were clean, tidy and informative throughout. There were a few problems post installation but they were sorted out (generally quickly but one issue took a few weeks to sort). I would recommend them to anyone looking to fit an Air Source Heat pump system.

wonderful company and excellent service .They fitted my heat pump with radiators and also a solar power system to my house. The prices were very reasnable and i am pleased with their proffessionalism and skill.

What a great team, Jamie, Jordan, Alex and Liam were polite, efficient and conscientious and completed the installation on time with minimum disruption. A few niggles to begin with but soon sorted. Would willingly recommend this company.

Our house is far from standard with a mix of underfloor heating, radiators and an odd layout. Adam and Liam went to great lengths to ensure that not only would the system be fit for purpose, but would also be as efficient as possible. The install team were all very pleasant, tidy and worked extremely hard. There were a few minor niggles once installation had been completed, but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I very much got the sense that this is not a company who just want to install whatever they have in the warehouse, but really ensure that there is a good customer experience for the life of the install. Would recommend.

The service was brilliant. All of the staff were incredibly personable, the work done was fantastic and to a really high standard. Would definitely recommend.

The whole team was polite, professional and considerate; the work was completed in the timeframe they had stated and the house was left as clean as they had found it.

Dedicated and knowledgeable team installed the Mitsubishi ASHP, radiators, pipe work and associated tanks etc, cleaning and tidying each evening, ensuring minimum disruption.

I was impressed with the Your Energy team that installed my heat pump. They worked tirelessly and co-ordinated well together. I was impressed with Liam in particular. They protected my home from any mess that was involved and cleaned up afterwards. (Don't think I have seen a man with a vacuum cleaner before!) I am pleased with the heat pump and glad to be Gas free and more energy sustainable.

We had a quotation from a most very pleasant and helpful young man called Lee who I believe is the Boss and he explained how the system would work, what to expect during the installation and the average payback period. He prepared his quotation for us and it was very favourable indeed, we gave Your Energy the go ahead and it was delivered, fitted and working within a week from order placement. The team arrived on time with all of the equipment required and built scaffolding installed the solar panels whilst Jamie the electrician installed the electronics in the loft space and connected to the fuse box. The handover and demonstration was around 4:00pm and Jamie explained everything that I needed to know to understand and operate the system (which is completely automatic anyway) he also installed my app which is incredible and so addictive, I can’t leave it alone whilst the outside team removed the scaffolding and completely tidied up outside of our property and they were all on their way home before 5:00pm.
I have to say the Your Energy did exactly what they said in the site visit and exactly what was on the quotation, there was no up front payment request apart from the normal and perfectly acceptable 10% deposit, the job was a first class job by a very presentable and professional team who had pride in their workmanship and done a stunning job despite our barn conversion having an uneven roofline due to old age.
I give a 100% rating for this first class new business and would very highly recommend them to anyone thinking of having solar panels / battery etc as it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them and a flawless installation with no issues whatsoever and no return visits needed.
