Non-professional and misleading
There's no way to trust this company, and I suggest more professional alternatives. Things are slow and surprisingly yet faulty. We submitted a claim and waited for three weeks. They accepted it with the condition of completing an open bill from the previous month. I paid it, but received an email the next day that my claim was denied. I would have been ok with a denied claim, but this non-professional, misleading, and a bit of a trickery process was extremely annoying.
