Matthew recently ran six Copilot training sessions for our company and they went down really well! The sessions were clear, well paced, and pitched nicely for people with very different levels of experience.

What worked particularly well was how practical they were. Matthew focused on real, day‑to‑day examples rather than just talking through features, which made it much easier for people to see how Copilot could genuinely help them in their roles. He was also great at answering questions and taking the time to explain things in different ways where needed.

A big plus was how relevant they were. We ran some meeting‑specific sessions, which have been genuinely useful for the whole team but especially for our admins, who’ve been able to take a lot away and apply it straight away. Matthew also ran a Copilot‑in‑Excel session, which was particularly helpful for our actuary team and even for people who didn’t think it would really apply to them, but came away surprised at how useful it actually was.

Matthew was approachable throughout, happy to answer questions, and good at explaining things in a straightforward, real‑world way. Overall, the sessions really helped build confidence across the business and gave everyone a strong starting point for using Copilot day to day.

Took the Microsoft Loop Masterclass. The content was very basic, you can easily find everything on youtube. I was hoping to get more in depth information such as hearing more about the weaknesses of Loop, its pros and cons and how it compares to other Microsoft apps. Overall underwhelmed by this course.

We’re in the process of restructuring our Microsoft environment with the goal of building out a more organized, scalable system for content and knowledge management. I have spent a little over a year working with Matthew Burrell of Your 365 Coach to build a very complex SharePoint intranet for my company. What I love the most about working with Matthew is his ability to explain complex ideas very clearly to people with a lot of SharePoint knowledge, and equally to people with very little SharePoint knowledge. He can work with both.

With me, I ask him a question, and he'll not only provide me with a great answer but will also help me learn along the way. This is an update to the review of Dec 31,2024. I mentioned that I felt more time should be dedicated to explaining a good prompt. Scott and his team listened and updated the materials. Not only did they create a new 10 minute video, but also a handout with several clear examples. The examples were from both the free and paid version of Copilot, making it inclusive to learners with access to different resources.

I purchased two courses from Scott and Your 365 Coach during the Black Friday sale. The YouTube videos are good so I had high expectations for the course, and it delivered.
Although I have been kind of using Loop for some time, I did not understand the full potential. Scot broke the concepts down into small, digestible chunks. It was easy to follow along and build a workspace that is now used in my business.
