I have used YNH for all of my hosting and domain registrations for over 20 years, back in the days when Doug used to answer the phone! I can say with my hand firmly on my heart that you will not find a more attentive or customer-centred service anywhere else. They have helped me with tricky registration issues, hosting queries and gone out of their way to help me when it wasn't even their problem, so we have stuck together through thick and thin and I wouldn't ever consider going to anyone else.

Córas IT has been in business for nearly 20 years, and in that time both suppliers & customers have come and gone. Your Name Here was probably the 1st business relationship that I entered into, and has lasted all that time. I have had no reason to change.
On occasions I pick up clients who have an existing relationship with a different domain/hosting organisation. Trying to work with them where the sole contact is online can be difficult; especially if you hit a problem. Trawling to help pages to find an issue that matches yours can take a long time.
With YNH i merely pick up the phone to one of the gang* and ask "Can you have a look at what is going on here?". .... sorted in minutes.
(*as regards the 'gang' I am always speaking with a familiar voice - staff turnover is 'nil' ... always the sign of a contented workplace!)

I have used Your Name Here for about 20 years for a number of web sites, and have always found them extremely helpful, sorting out problems (usually of my making and often not really their job to sort out!). They respond promptly to emails or calls, with a personal service that has led over the years to my considering them as friends. I can recommend them without reservation.
