Your communication is very effective

My kids have sent short stories in for competitions in the past and both have had them published! We love getting involved with the young writers competitions its fun for all ages and buils their confidence. If you ever need any help you can just email them and they are very efficient and helpful. Aaliyah has been very helpful updating me on current competitions and its made it easier for me to access their service. Thank you Aaliyah!

I sent an email on Friday the 9th and received a reply on Monday 12 October. So it was a quick return. Also the adviser gave me enough details to reassure me that my order was in process.

Working with or supporting young writers is an incredibly rewarding experience because youthful creativity brings an unmatched sense of wonder, raw honesty, and bold experimentation to storytelling

Too often nowadays people are faced with the dread of seeming insignificant and helpless. Too often are companies quick to forget the values that they were founded upon. Too often people can fail to realise the power they have over others, the power to bring joy or anxiety.
Not so at Young Writers. The people who have chosen to work at this marvellous organisation, not only know remember that they have this power, but actively and successfully use it. Particularly Lily.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I was afforded. Calm, Knowledgeable, professional and prompt. With simple and friendly communication the day at my end was turned from one or trepidation and possible disappointment to one of relief and unbridled excitement. To say that the students who took part in this received the news they wanted well would be an understatement. The actions of one person changed the course of these students day and potentially their futures. Genuinely I cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough.
