I am writing this review to express my concern regarding a notice currently displayed on your online product pages showing: "PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SALE ITEM AND CANNOT BE RETURNED."
As an online retailer operating in the UK, this policy directly violates the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013). Under UK law, consumers purchasing goods online have an unconditional statutory right to cancel an order and return an item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or as a "sale item."

Your online store was recently investigated by the Martin Lewis and the MoneySavingExpert team (requested by myself) and I was advised that this misleading information was removed from your website however you still seem to be in breach of UK consumer protection laws.
Could you please clarify why this text is being displayed on your website, and confirm that this will be removed and your team honors the statutory 14-day online return window for all items purchased via your website, including sale items?

Usually i would give five stars but very disappointed to learn they have removed free delivery and are not advertising this on their website!

Would have given 5 ⭐ only I had a problem with delivery. Very pleased with the products and received a refund on my delivery very quickly. Will certainly use again only won’t bother paying for the next day delivery again.

Why are you taking two payment out for my purchase .

I would like someone to contact me please ,I have sent a message from the site as that all i can do , there is no phone number or email address. This is disgusting and you advertise this all on social media .
I am contacting my bank and paypal today .
Will never use the site again after this. Ripping people off. And no contact t details.

Ordered some Silent Night pillows, fantastic price, arrived in 2 days and they are brilliant (and were a lot cheaper than elsewhere) - recommended.

I placed my first order with You know who's and after 2 weeks of liasing with Evri my parcel was declared as lost. You know who's said I could have a replacement parcel or a refund. I opted for a replacement parcel which arrived pretty quickly. The item I wanted the most was missing from the parcel !!. I emailed them which each time I sent an email took 2 or 3 days to respond to. They said that all items had been picked and packed which seemed to make out that I was lying about the missing item. !!. They then emailed saying that the money for the missing item had been refunded when they still had some in stock ! I didn't want a refund. I wanted the item. The order I placed was mainly because I wanted them. What a joke. So frustrating

Good value site - easy to order and return items

The cushions/pillows were fabulous, great price for quality items. The waistcoat fitted well. Any issues are always dealt with efficiently. Bit of a shock to suddenly have to pay postage, did not see that coming, but it wasn't excessive. Very happy with my shopping.

I so happy ordering from company,,the delivery and packaging is very great, value for the money as described on the website will continue to place my order there thank you.

Good quality products and a good bargain too especially with having kids and in today's prices, its a little hit and miss on some things and sizes but I always keep an eye on the site. Also delivery is well timed too

Great prices on a wide variety of branded goods. Easy to navigate website, quick delivery and simple return procedure. What's not to like?

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from them, great quality for a great price. Will be ordering a lot more. Deliveries are very quick.

I didn't receive my last order as this company uses a courier that more often then not either lies about delivery or misplaces parcels. I ended up claiming my money back through PayPal as I gave up in the end.

I have decided not to re-order or buy from this company again for several reasons. The main one is the courier (I will NOT be paying extra for next day delivery or another courier). Next reason: there is not enough information on sizing so it is hit and miss if things fit. Also detail on brand, fabric etc as quality and fit can vary so much. In one store I can be a different size to another for example.

Like many others, I can't afford to pay someone money to then have to wait a long time for delivery of goods and then to wait for a refund when things don't fit or aren't the quality we hoped for. So I'll stick to shopping with companies I already know and trust, and have easier/quicker delivery and return options.

Well put an order in, never arrived and the customer service is terrible, ordered on 8th and now the it’s the 22nd and still waiting. Have sent emails and you are lucky if they reply to them , if they do reply it takes them 2-3 day each time. Would not recommend to anyone.

What a waste of money! Got my daughter some “supposedly” M&S tights, pack of grey… great, £7 all in with postage…

She wore once for school and the elastic went… I thought maybe it was just one pair out of 3, oh no… wore a second pair and the same happened, had to throw all 3 in the bin… don’t waste your money guys they are either faulty or seconds as never had that kind of quality from marks and Spencer before.
