Utterly disgusting
The manner of which your managment staff going through a college poseseions and revealing it on the shopfloor is utterly unacceptable and disscusting and constantly Brow beating her a bout her return to work only made matters worse. That staff member was off work due to severe depression and anxiety. Which your staff and managers have only increased her depression 10 fold.. If any thing happens to her it will be on you heads. This matter is going to
acas. They will get the full story including how her holiday was taken off the rota while she was off and not told about it. From one very angry grandmother.
