I ordered a manual that I already had the manual was listed with different title.
I immediately sent a text explaining what happened and asked for credit.
Based on on their response to my request they avoided giving me credit.
I will not make any purchases from this company. This purchase was a download.
Ability to get a credit if I purchase something I cannot use is important to me. Tells you a lot about a company.
