It was easy to describe the problem to get to the right solution quickly. The instructions and safety recommendations are also very clear. I like the check lists for materials -- it saves a lot time going back and forth for tools or to the hardware store.

I found this app AFTER I recently spent over $300.00 for a repairman to fix our maytag washing machine. I watched him do the repair which took him only minutes and wondered what the part actually cost. I found the part on Amazon for 47 bucks! This app would have not only shown me how to do the repair but directed me to the part I needed and would have saved me over $200.00!! Definitely a great investment for any future repairs I might need! Im In!!
