Bad order and payment processing
I was looking forward to buying from YouBoat. Price good but my completion of the order failed. It sat there as “pending” with no further information. After chasing progress they told me I needed to make a balance transfer as the only method of payment. I bought the product from elsewhere on credit card and it was delivered next day

Unfortunately we could process the order the order as we didn't receive payment, hence it remaining as 'Pending'. The suggestion for a balance transfer was simply because you'd had trouble completing the payment via our website.

Unfortunately the fitting you ordered isn't supplied with the nut and washer. We do try to communicate this as best as possible in the description by not showing the item with a nut and washer in imagery. The fitting you purchased is also cheaper than those with the nuts and washers, because its just the fitting, not a full kit.
