ITEM MISSING - No communication at all

I recently ordered a box full of products (including baby oils, essential oil blends, toothpastes) and I got short of one product. Nobody replied to my emails and reminders, could not fill in the form on their website. DO NOT ORDER, do not recommend. The customer care is non-existent. Not worth your money.

Easy eshop process with speedy…

Easy eshop process with speedy delivery. Lovely body scrub and face scrub, gentle but effective, leaving my skin smooth and soft. I love the body balm, smells divine and really moisturising for the winter days. Will be buying again!

Scam!

Scam company! Beware!

Like a number of other customers, I should have read the reviews first as I have had the same experience: this company is a scam. I ordered over two months ago as I really like their products and couldn’t find them in the UK. What a mistake. I have emailed, called, reached out on instagram all to no avail. This is a scam! My money was taken and an invoice sent. I’m absolutely disgusted at this company.

Update: they blocked me from instagram when I tried to comment on their pages to ask someone to get back to me with regards to my order!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Purchased their CBD ointment in a brick & mortar store in the UK. Turns out: it's one of the only things I've found that helps with my eczema flare ups. Which usually crops up during extremely stressful times.

When I ran out, naturally I went to repurchase the item. However, it's no longer stocked in stores here in the UK, from what I could tell.

Managed to track the item down online (on their EU website). I was a little apprehensive of purchasing from the site, I should have trusted my gut. Also, I should have looked into the company before purchasing anything. That was my mistake.

However, as many eczema sufferers out there know; once you find something that actually works & helps to clear up the flare ups...you'll do whatever you can to find the product/remedy again & make sure you have at least one of it to hand, just incase of another flare up down the line.

Especially if you've dealt with topical steroid withdrawal in the past.

Finding a product that is not only steroid free, but also helps clear up and subdue flare ups; something that actually works, & helps to keep eczema in a state of remission is rare.

Made an actual order in December 2022. I never recieved any sort of shipping confirmation like the website said I would.

They took the payment. Yet, I never received my actual bloody order. Never received the few tubes of CBD ointment that I ordered on December 25th 2022.

Reached out via email multiple times over the past year - no response whatsoever.

Reached out over Instagram DM's & all I received was multiple automated responses. With the exception of one message saying 'sorry you haven't received your order'.

When I tried to follow up & ask them to to actually rectify the issue; again more automated responses ensued.

I commented on their Instagram posts to enquire about my order & then to warn others to not buy from the company after I was continuously ignored. They started deleting my comments.

They're not only deleting my comments, but also deleting comments from other customers they've scammed.

Please, please, please do not make the same mistake I did. Please don't waste any money on this shady company.

It's not worth the money, time or extra unnecessary stress.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars: I most definitely would.

UPDATE: I contacted the company via the email they provided, on 23 Apr 2024 after they replied to my review above. At the time of writing this update (3rd May 2024), I still haven't received a single response via email.

No one reached out to resolve my issue as they claimed they would. They haven't taken my concerns seriously, and the company most definitely have not resolved the issue promptly as they said they would.

NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED!

THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED BACK IN 2022 STILL HAVEN'T BEEN DELIVERED!

NOTHING HAS BEEN RECITIFED!

IT'S ALL JUST MEANINGLESS WORDS AND MEDIA TRAINING WITH THESE PEOPLE!

STEER CLEAR!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Incredibly disappointed

Incredibly disappointed. They did not deliver my order and did not refund me. Have not responded to any of my emails, nor the direct ones, neither the one’s through their website. Horrible customer service. Lost my money :(

Unfortunately 0 stars but if I am not pressing on that then I can’t write the comment. Just be very careful if you decide to order products from this company. I made an order the money was withdrawn, I didn’t receive products. After 2 weeks still was no information at all regarding the delivery. I write to the support service, no one answers. I tried to call to the shop no one answer too. I send few emails nothing. I texted on instagram finally they replied that they did the refund because the products not in stock.
Unfortunately I never received the money back and I never received the order 🥹
I tried again to text on instagram and this time it’s completely silent 🤫 no one replied to me anymore.
I can’t believe that they can behave like that.

CBD skincare line is FANTASTIC!!!!! A treat for damaged skin

I don't write reviews usually, but OMG with the CBD line I just had to.

I am a fairly new user of CBD products, but these ones are just the best of THE BEST. You can just feel the cream working on your skin. It really has helped with my prescription tretinoin dryness and irritation and just gives you an otherworldly glow and evenness when you wake up.

Huge congrats to the formulators who came up with these solutions. You have made my skin better.

Beware

Beware. I made an order, the money was withdrawn, no one sent the order to me. I write to the support service, no one answers, I have already written 5 letters, I tried to call the number indicated on the site, but it does not exist. I wrote to the bank to return the money for the purchase, as the goods did not arrive and were not sent. The saddest experience. It's the first time with me.As a result, after 3 weeks, my order was sent to me. But I won't order anything from this site again. No one has responded to my ton of emails. After applying to the bank for a refund, they sent me an order. Be very careful and do not order anything from them.

My products didn’t arrive. I sent an email and didn’t get any response. The DHL tracking number you sent doesn’t exist. Terrible experience… love the products but… i’m never going to buy again.

These oils are amazing

These oils are amazing. I have never been particularly into oils but as an HSP I sometimes feel overwhelm and decided to try the Emotional Exhaustion mix. To my astonishment, I feel better within minutes of putting it on and it stops the dive into exhaustion. I thoroughly recommend it.

Great products, lousy customer service

I like the products very much but since communication and customer service is close to non existent I can not rate it at more than 3 stars.
When confirmation of the paid order took more than a week I got no response to email nor filled out form on the website.
Order was well above the acquired amount for free shipping but shipping was still calculated. I still would have ordered but it is very confusing that the site does not work as claimed. Same as the possible free samples that is said to be an option.
Also Paypal link does not work.
After 2 weeks of silence, just as I was to inform Creditcard company about non delivery I received emails with an order confirmation and track and trace information.
So order for great products but keep in mind you might need to take some steps to get a refund when not delivered
