About 6 weeks ago I ordered 2 products from this website (wetsuit + impact vest), but I only received one.
After email them I got a 5 days delayed answer and sent me a DHL following number. After waiting for several weeks there was no change in the state of this delivery. I tried to contact the website (still NO ANSWER).
I tried to contact DHL but they told me that they have not got the package and suggested me to contact the shop. After all this delay and problems, I claim full refund of the product I never got but there were no answers afeter several emails ....

To sum up, FRAUD website. Still trying to contact them but I guess I will have to present a FORMAL COMPLAINT AT THE DUSSELDORF CUSTOMER OFFICE for suspected FRAUD

My personal advice, altought the prices from this website may look atractive; the website is clearly fraud and is much better to spend a little more of money in different websites like kitemana.com

Both Gerrit and Thorsten helped me in rather complicated transaction when buying the Axis Tray v3 Carbon foilboard. They did a great job and would buy from them (You Love It) again and again!

They sold me a product that they don't have in stock (bar cabrinha) and I've been waiting for a month to get my money back. They do not respond to my emails and to date I have not been refunded. Terrible company with poor customer service!! DO NOT buy from this store!!!
