Got my granddaughter a Yoto for Christmas and she loves it! Just ordered the mini for traveling in the car. They have quick delivery. You can buy blank cards and record on them. Great for stories!
Quick delivery and proper communication. I've still to give it to my daughter as a birthday present but really excited to see her response!
Our Yoto Mini has been a big hit! My little one has used it daily . Car journeys, story time, song time and even helping at tidy up time and brushing teeth. The sheer amount of cards available is amazing, it’s been a winner in our house.
My boys, 6 and 3, enjoy the yoto cards and system at home and in the car during road trips. Our family loves Yoto !
Ordered product 10 days prior to granddaughter’s birthday and it didn’t arrive until 3 days after birthday. Couldn’t find any shipping info. Just poor communication.

We absolutely adore Yoto the cards and the player! What a fun way to inspire kids but give them some independence! My 3 year old loves it all the way to my 9 year old!

The product is wonderful. My toddler loves turning the knobs and putting in her own music cards. Shipping was fast as well.
The buying experience was fine. Nothing great but nothing bad. The shipping though, we are at 16 days and my cards don't seem to have even shipped yet. The email says to use the
Shop app, and that app says it still hasn't gotten information from Yoto.

Beware! I still have not received my product that I ordered over a month ago. Reached out to customer service, have not resolved issue.
And the yoto response below is the same message I have been receiving. I went back and checked my date of purchase and it has been a month now with my product being shipped out supposedly on May 18. It is now June. Yoto customer service sent me an email with my updated tracking (they use Amazon apparently) and it says May 19th was the last update, they are sorry it is running late and that is it. Over a month, no product, no one helping me resolve this issue, just the same response each time.

I highly recommend Yoto!! I love how easy it is to figure out for my kid. I love the educational items, books, and podcasts you can listen to. The make your own cards are great too!!
We've only had the player a week but are obsessed. It's nice to not have to handover a phone for audio entertainment but he can manage the device himself and it's not always on headphones. He's also learning and hearing new stories each day.
We mostly use the app, not the cards, and it's so incredibly difficult and has been for years, ive complained directly multiple times and they've .
- doesn't show what's playing on the yoto
- shows nothing is playing (when it is), which means you can't control it remotely
- doesn't update the volume
- takes a really long time to update the volume/timer settings
- the points vs. credits system is confusing and it's not available on the app (neither is the full library)
We were also billed twice for the same product on the same account and email address (no checks, no notifying) for a number of months. Luckily we saw it and were able to query it, after a considerable amount of complaining they finally returned the money.
Its such a shame because the kids love listening to stories, but it's such a headache for the parents!

Easy to order. Great idea to reduce screen time. I would love it if the larger device could also show date and day to help with learning times and dates etc.
