We signed the contract in July 2025, they started charging us alongside the current telecom provider.... we were then charged a termination fee from the telecom provider of which prior to the signing of the contract they sold us the package stating they will pay for any charges.... I have been chasing for months and to date we have received zero reimbursement from Yo Telecom, just keep getting fobbed off with excuses on the refunds...

We had Darren here today talking us through our new phone system. What a lovely guy. Very knowledgable and patient. Would give 10 stars if it was an option!

Geoff was very competent and skilled in his job role and was a pleasure to meet. Took time to explain the job required and the way equipment worked in a way that was easily understandable. Answered all questions we asked and provided support and information guides for the future. Kept us fully up to date for the duration of the fitting and service.

Yo Telecom have been super efficient from day one. Jack has kept me informed at all stages of the onboarding process and is always friendly and helpful. Absolutely fantastic customer service. It gives me confidence going forward to know that if there are any problems, Yo Telecom will sort it.

Liam and Adrian were really helpful and made sure we all knew what we were doing with our new phones.

Darren installed our new phone system, we love the new Dentsy what an amazing job top quality work.

Are with YoTelecom since 2024. The initial part when we were discussing our needs and wants was very pleasant and rep really spent the time to cover everything. This is all pros. Once you sign the contract and installation started we ran into problems after problems what initial deemed as non-existent challenge. It took them 3 full months and three different engineer to set up everything up. What was agreed in the initial contract are partially not fulfilled as they retired their WiFi marketing system. This was a biggie as we hoped to ditch Mailchimp what would make the whole thing worthwhile to switch over. All in we are paying more for partially inferior system with no prospect of anything changing. Unfortunately I stuck with them for another 3.5 years. I wouldn't recommend them.

Joe was fantastic during the installation of our phone system. Professional and polite throughout, always on time and a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to using our new phone system
