After visting there stire on the 21th…

After visting there stire on the 21th june 2026 and been over charged
And explaining I am deaf and only there for the day twice there have asked me to call them iv given proof of over charge for goods that were reduced and explained I can't phone to been deaf there then ask me to go back to whitby for refund .
Again I explained I was only visting for the day and live away
Has a deaf and disabled person this isn't the right way for a company to act .

Great Customer Service

On finding out from myself EVRi were not delivering my parcel, Yorkshire Trading recalled the parcel from EVRi and sent a replcacement parcel by DPD which arrived in a reasonable time.

Perfect design and fit for my gift!

This was a gift bag for a special person and the design was just perfect for the occasion and went well with the gift inside. It was the only site where I could find a bag big enough to fit a beautiful painting I was gifting to this person, thank you !
