This company are jokers. The courier left the parcel in an unsafe place and it was taken "not sellers fault" BUT seller wanted to send me a claim form which Ebay said they should not have done because my contract is with them as sellers and not the couriers. It is also against Data Protection. I had to contact My Hermes who are also jokers but found that this company made a claim for the loss and didnt refund me. Ebay did !!!
I bought 2 rolls from them through ebay yorkshire.paints. I used one and kindly asked if I can return the second one. They said yes and will refund you. Then dragged their feet until passed the feedback window and refund window and lied about not receiving it. They stole my roll and my money. Worse they waisted my time!
