I have ordered three previous times from this company and have been so pleased with the timing and quality of their products. However, the order that I made on the 21st April has yet to arrive (it's now the 18th May) and I have heard nothing from the company who has a 3-5 day cutting expectation. I emailed on the 1st of May to follow-up, I rang and left messages on the 5th and 6th of May and followed up again by email on the 7th May. I have not had any response at all! Absolutely appalling service. I am now trying to recover my money via my credit card. I am so disappointed to lose this supplier.

The fabrics are good quality, I ordered remnant pieces of a variety of weights/weaves and was pleased that all matched the descriptions. Decent wools and strong colours.

Comms with the company were well handled and decent turnaround time on responses.

DHL shipping, so although you are paying the higher price you are also getting the reliability and the good tracking.

Two improvement points to highlight as with the other reviews- and this is why only 4* not 5* .

First- pricing you see is without VAT, so if you are not a business customer factor that in to avoid a shock at checkout.

Secondly- despatch was a little slow. If you plan on ordering sample pieces alongside your yardage, I recommend placing these as two separate orders so that your longer pieces are not delayed waiting for the samples.

Ordered 35m of Cornish tartan. This had to be ordered from the factory but I was happy to wait a month or so for this. Once the fabric was delivered the seller sent this to me promptly. Reasonable shipping cost for package which weighed around 18kg and was received the next day after shipping. Great communications.

I ordered a fabric from their website and that was the first time I didn't check Trustpilot for reviews before purchasing, since the website seemed very genuine, but after reading the comments I went through the google maps reviews and I got more or less the same vibe. I panicked, it was around £300 purchased, it was with my credit card so I was a bit hopeful. the next day I called the company, they did not respond but after a while in the chat he mentioned that he was out of office and I called at 2 pm, he answered, I cancelled my order before it was cut and I was able to get a full refund in less than a week, although they mentioned it will be around 14 days.
What I got from this retailer, are summarised in

1. I think it is a geniune retailer
2. It is a side business for the owner and that is the reason sometimes the orders are getting late
3. they do not stock items, and after the order, they ask the mills to cut the fabric for them and send it over
4. I did not get the item (I cancelled the order), so I can not comment on the quality.
5. the owner should be more responsible with Branding, google reviews, trust pilot feedback, instagram page and etc.

I have placed an order with the No #1612804 on 4 Dec 2022. Today it's 22 Jan 2023; Items didn't arrive and they don't reply to there email. I have lost my money.

Fabric advertised at £25 per metre. At checkout £12 shipping, UK TO UK, and VAT added total £44.40. Tempting with low price, without VAT and excessive shipping is scandalous practice.

After reviewing their selection of fabric, men’s suiting etc. I placed and paid GBP 489 on 18th Aug. Received an automated email confirmation and advising customers to allow for 5-10 working days to cut and ship the order. Hear nothing ever again and it is now 2nd Sept. Sent an email to their customer support, no reply. Made an international call to their company only to be greeted by voicemail announcing the close business at 4 pm local time. Total lack of customer service or any interest in meeting their advertised promises. Am trying to get a full refund as 15 days is far too long for any online retailer to despatch goods.
Please “buyer beware” of this web site and company. There are dozens of Yorkshire sellers of good men’s suiting fabrics and these scoundrels are to be avoided. I have purchased fabrics from the UK literally 40 pr 50 times in the last 10 years and this is my first serious disappointment.
