Very bad company
I purchased a round dusky pink shaggy rug. The only thing that resembled the item was that its round! I approached Yorkshire Bedding and sent photos. I was astonished when they refused to accept it didn't look like the same rug. The one I received was bright baby pink and a different material used. It looked like a cheap poor copy. I had to pay if I wanted to return the item. This is very bad when the rug clearly didn't match their advert, they totally denied what was glaringly obvious! I won't ever order from here again.

After a slight mix up with name of delivery service I contacted the company and received a message immediately explaining the problem… cotton sheet arrived.. looks fine but will see how it washes.

I bought 2 machine washable fabric sofa covers to cover my leather sofas. They arrived very quickly. They are a reasonably good fit, there is some adjustment in them. They have stayed in place nicely & my dogs really like them! I haven't tried washing them yet. They look much more expensive than they are. I have just ordered 2 more so I can remove a set and put replacements straight onto the sofas.

Do not use this Appalling company. It is happy to sell substandard products and refuses to refund damaged goods. Rude unhelpful customer service. My sheets and rug are of the poorest quality and I regret spending any money with them.

Used this company for deep mattress fitted sheets which did fit. But, you get what you pay for. Thin fabric cheap looking and poorly sewn. Giant stitch size and puckering on seams. Won't use again.

Cheap rubbish. Curtain pole had to be padded with cardboard to stop it sliding. It bends under the weight of their own branded curtains. The curtains are the cheapest, thinnest polyester rubbish, so wrinkly and flat. Save your money, even if it is cheap here.

I paid £12.29 for a lightweight summer duvet, so wasn't expecting high quality. The duvet that came, though, was a layer of fleece sandwiched between two layers of thin fabric with hardly any stitching to anchor it. It wouldn't have gone through the wash once. I returned it for a refund on 9 November, but have had no acknowledgement or refund, and no reply to my email enquiry.

HOLES IN MY PILLOWCASES, ABSOLUTE RUBBISH QUALITY. Bought some satin pillowcases for Christmas presents,bought them in November,opened Christmas Day. They had several holes in both of the 2 pack. When I rang to complain they did everything they could to get out of replacing the item, in the end I told them they had to replace by law as it was faulty, they eventually agreed and told me to pay £2.50 postage,I said no so they refunded me,but I wanted a replacement to match my other purchases. Terrible company and customer service,

Ordered a sherpa fleece throw as a Christmas present for my son. After opening the throw on Christmas Day I was hugely disappointed with the quality, as it was much thinner than I thought it would be. The throw is barely worth the £12.99 I paid and it never would have been worth the £32.49 full price quoted on the website. I purchased a similar throw for £25 from another retailer a couple of years ago and that is of a far superior quality. Would not purchase this throw again and wish I could return it for a refund.

Ordered a simple door mat, took my money, had me wait beyond delivery time to then tell me it is not in stock.

Companies are raising prices but lowering quality of service so make sure not to entertain companies like this that mess you about.

bought 2 single duvets and they are absolute rubbish cheap crap. I have given to RSPCA as they could not be used in Guesthouse due to being cheap rubbish. Please read reviews befor buying and DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!

Ordered from them via onbuy, the description was pair of washable crushed velvet curtains, i got a single door curtain, not crushed velvet and dry clean only! I messaged them pointing out and sending screen shot of their description that i hadn't received what I paid for, the whole experience has been horrible, they are dismissive, arrogant and have given me the worst customer service I've ever had! They now tell me they haven't received the curtains i returned via Royal mail saying the number was untrackable on yodel and to contact Ebay, i bought on Onbuy and returned via Royal mail, in fact Onbuy confirmed the company had received it! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are disgusting, i don't think they are worth 1 star

So far, my impression of Yorkshire Bedding is they care about their customers. Although I've not received my order yet as it was damaged in transit and sent back, the customer services promptly responded to my email and are sending my order out again.

Ordered a duvet and pillows as our dog had ruined them. Delivery confirmed for Wed but didn’t happen. Contacted the company who replied and said Thurs. Next a message from carrier (Amazon) who said Friday and guess what, another message from Amazon today to say Sat. I have emailed and asked for a refund but not heard anything yet. Will now try and sort with my bank.
I would not trust this company in any way.

Well, moderately amusing I suppose, I was going to review with 4 stars (I rarely give 5) for the sheets I bought because they were great. After that experience I ordered new mattress protectors, well after much confusion it seems that their sizes are just wrong. The king size didn't fit a KS bed. And was too big for the double. The double didn't fit a double bed and was too big for a single. So after sending photos of how they failed to fit (like I was lying??) and videos of trying to get the things to fit I recieved a refund minus shipping (apparently that is their policy. Designed to rip off customers... Dreadful experience in the end, so just 1 star awarded.

EDIT. I have now received an apology and a full shipping refund, so review changed to 2 stars - hopefully they will use the feedback to resolve complaint resolution first time.

Constructive suggestion? Quality control should be at the heart of business, and don't sell goods that fail to match their descriptions.

A lovely company to use. I needed clean bedding every day prior to a hip replacement.
I ordered the wrong size initially but when I messaged them they were so helpful. They arranged for the correct size to be delivered quickly and adjusted the payment. I can’t praise them enough for their service. Thank you to the team at Yorkshire Bedding.

I ordered what was advertised as 100% Egyptian cotton sheets from Yorkshire Bedding, only to receive rough, poor-quality sheets made in Pakistan—fulfilled by a completely different company: Moonlight Bedding, which has a reputation for terrible products and worse service.

The sheets shed an absurd amount of fluff (think: towels in the dryer), felt cheap, and were absolutely not the quality claimed. The fact that this company pretends to be a reputable UK brand but secretly ships through a disreputable supplier says it all.

Looking at reviews afterwards, I can see this isn’t a one-off—customers report partial refunds, missing items, and being ignored. Dishonest from start to finish.

I won’t be wasting time chasing a refund, but I’ll make sure others are warned.

I placed an order with Yorkshire Bedding in May for 2 king size fitted sheets, 2 double fitted sheets, 2 double mattress protectors and 2 king mattress protectors.
I washed them and placed in my cupboard ready to put on our beds. The sheets and double mattress protectors were fine and fitted well. The King protectors would not fit on our king size bed. After measuring them I found out they're double size but with a King label. Also the design is totally different to the double protectors I purchased even though they're the same protectors just different sizes.
I contacted Yorkshire Bedding and I had nothing but trouble. Messaged for 2 days and they first said I could return but would have to pay return postage. Then said I'd had them longer than 14 days so couldn't return them. It says this on their website: If the products are defective, have been incorrectly described, differ from a sample or displayed products, or do not perform as promised, we will refund the purchase price and pay the return shipping costs.
I've sent them photos showing protectors and with tape measure to prove size. Now they're not replying to me. All I want is the right size protectors, that were described on their website, and that will fit our king size bed. Going by the reviews here on Trustpilot you can see how untrustworthy they are.
DO NOT BUY FROM YORKSHIRE BEDDING.

I ordered curtains which stated online that they were lined.
When they arrived they were made of a single piece of fabric with no lining
I contacted their customer services through Onbuy and they were completely rude and uninterested.
They have now accepted that they are selling items that are wrongly listed but want me to pay return postage.
I've escalated it through OnBuy, hopefully they'll make them do the right thing.
