I had an issue with a amazon order as it was slightly broken when it got here. The customer service team was excellent and sent me a new one for free.

Nothing beats this journal! The best quality.

Really fast delivery, easy buying process and the bust bullet journal I've bought, don't think I will buy a different brand now.

Love the planner. The layout is intuitive and easy to use. The examples were appreciated too! It looks and feels really lovely and came super quickly in the post. I will be back in a few months for another!

Beautiful product. Great customer service.

The notebook is again, a beautiful colour with a soft feel front and back. The paper is a great weight for bullet journaling and keeps most pen from showing through.
However, I cannot give it 5 stars as some of the binding glue has caught some of the pages at their centrefold, therefore sticking them together and leaving little rip maks on my pages. This is very disappointing.
It's also a shame that the notebook didn't come in a cardboard presentation box as one of my previous ones did, as this removes some of the specialness of receiving and opening a new journal for the year ahead. Removing vacuum packaging isn't quite the same! This is an area where perhaps Yop and Tom could elevate itself to a more premium brand without being as pricey as Archer & Olive.

Yop & Tom journals are my favourite for creative journaling. The paper means I'm not restricted in how I want to express myself - it's fountain and brush pen friendly, plus I can use watercolour. And I love the colour and design options - there's something for everyone.

I thought i was ordering a bullet journal, but it's a planning diary. I'm delighted, I think just what I need for next year. Very well thought out. And it's a beautiful book.
