INCREDIBLE Customer Service
I’m honestly really impressed as a first time customer. I had intentions to purchase a bag for my birthday and I reached out to customer service in regards to their RFID chip authentication process. They explained to me thoroughly so I felt more comfortable making my purchase. I got the bag and it’s in BEAUTIFUL condition, better than I thought. The price was incredibly fair compared to other competitors and I can appreciate that Yoogi’s is clearly very picky about what bags they take into their inventory. I will be buying more bags from Yoogi’s FOR SURE. Shipping was a little anxiety inducing, but I think packages shipping via UPS from the west coast to the east coast just take longer in general. Thank you so much Yoogi’s!

Great discontinued and second hand designer goodies
I have been going to Yoogi's site for many years now to purchase designer bags/items. I have actually sold some items to them as well in the past. What I like the most is that they are fairly priced for resale AND the quality is always, in my experience, better than how they list it which means I am always happy with my purchases. If you are looking for second hand or discontinued bags this is one of my all time favorite platforms.
