I ordered Merrill walking shoes and they sent the poorest quality ripoff. Not even the quality of a poor pair of slippers. When I complained they offered $5. An insult after paying $49. For a refund I sent them back to the only address they gave me, in England. Then they told me that was the wrong address. They should have gone to China. I complained to PayPal. PayPal stood by the company and refused a refund. Don’t buy from this company, they are con artists and PayPal are no better! They should stand by their guarantee and also strike companies like this from their services.

Same as Richard W. Fake Merrell trainers. They kept making excuses and saying they would give me 5% off on next purchase etc. In the end I got Paypal to chase them up for a refund. I had to send the trainers back to China post cost about 15% of value of trainers but I was determined to do it just to make them pay the refund. Complete p...takers you have been warned DAMAGED GOODS STAY AWAY!

I ordered what was supposed to be a preditor helmet and received a rubber mask. This scamming company should be stopped and should definitely kept away from.

EXACT same situation as previous reviewer Charles Romaine. DO NOT under any circumstances order Merrell shoes from this seller. You will receive cheapest knockoffs imaginable. Returning shoes will be completely cost prohibitive....and my guess is the seller knows and bets on this. Stay well away from this seller.

My experience is exactly the same as others here - product shipped is not at all what was ordered and yolucy will not honor their return policy. STAY AWAY! I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

Just as with Ewanticshop.com, they take our money for Merrell Moab 2 hiking shoes, & send $2 sweat shop plastic crap.
Reported to BBB et al for bait & switch/false advertising practices.

Same experience. Ordered Merrell trainers. Received v poor quality fakes.
Not going to waste more money sending them back to China as unlikely to receive a refund.
Like other customers I’ve been left trying to reclaim the cost through Pay Pal or my credit card company

This company is a scam. I’ll be reporting them to the trade commission. Next up is Facebook where I’ll go after Zuckerberg for allowing them on their platform

I ordered Merrell Hiking Shoe - I don't know what I received but it was not what I ordered. I'm not sure that what I received could even be considered a sneaker (foam soles, not rubber soles) - it's more like a flip-flop with a cheap generic covering that "resembled" a sneaker. I don't know what insignia "DQ" means but there is no mention of Merrell on or in shoe . The seller's website no longer is offering this so can't be viewed (atleast by me).

I disputed this transaction thru PayPal and apparently lost because the owner of of web site (NORFARZILA BINTI ABU BAKAR) advised PayPal that he would give refund if I returned product back to them. Well...., it would cost me atleast half of what I paid for these flip-flops to ship back to China (and hope they don't get "lost" in transit). This is how scam company's work and how they screw you... They know that your time is money and at some point, you will cut your losses and let them win.

In any event, because my PayPal was attached to my credit card, I then opened another dispute with credit card company advising that I did not get what I ordered and that the Seller should be obligated to pay for return shipping. My credit card company is currently investigating.
