Very slow customer service but received the expensive LUBA mower I purchased, I was going to give 3 stars, but am giving 4 👍

I bought a hoover 711 € on 16/03.
Lot of emails confirming the order and the shipment. Then an email asking if it's ok to go for another color (22/03). Then another one (02/04) mentionning that the courier found no one at home. Then eventually (09/04) that I will get a refound in 10 working days. That was 18 days ago. No contact since then, no phone number either.
I paid 40 days ago and got nothing : likely a scam, despity the well done website.

Same experience as others: bought a product was told it was shipped and that there were supposedly attempted deliveries but could not give a tracking number and eventually got a refund. Customer service was hit and miss.

Its a scam site, all the links are irrelevant, order my product on 2nd of march never received nor was it ever shipped. Please be aware.
On top of that, they will keep sending fake review emails, which take you to nowhere.

I bought a electric airer on 2 nd Jan and no update on the order yet. It's a long time waiting and no way to contact them. I hope it's not a scam. I am concerned if my money is lost.

They deliver really quickly and their toy prices are spot on. Haven't needed to reach out to their customer service yet, but from all my purchases so far, I'm genuinely pleased with how they run things.

I bought a Playstation 5 for my son on 17th November and received it in 4 working days. Everything came as described. I was worried as it was an expensive item, but all good. Recommended!

I ordered a hose attachment for 27 euro, firstly couldn't get tracking for item, then got an email to say wrong item dispatched. Finger yoga exerciser which I was told to keep. After 6 weeks item arrived.
The same item was purchased by a friend for 11 euro including postage from Ali Express.
Expensive lesson learned.
