We have purchased several products from Yoho Mobile over the years, including in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. However, our recent experience hasn’t been positive. Two separate products we purchased in the last few months have performed poorly, frequently disconnecting from the mobile network or showing “no service”. We had to repeatedly start our devices to gain connection. Customer services responded quickly but ultimately didn’t solve the problem. To their credit, the company was quick to offer a full refund for our purchases.
Customer service solved my issue after I reached out to them. They should have indicated to change the APN to "globaldata" in the instructions but instead, their instructions mentioned that it would automatically set the APN but it didn't. Instructions are also outdated or incorrect on Android.
Amazing! Was helped online though WhatsApp and was able to activate my e-SIM in the US. Great service and will definitely use in the future!

I bought south asia region and traveled in KL and on Bali, it was disconnecting all the time, working in small batches only. Support was responosive but unable to help. They did not return money. I have Samsung S23 Ultra and it works well with other esims.

The connection went on and off, worked slowly despite of being in a big city. I've used e-sim cards before, even a day before in the same place and it worked normal.

The website isn't very fancy and you might be left believing it could even be a scam. But the prices are fantastic and the service quality (using WhatsApp) has been excellent. You might get a more slick experience with a more expensive option, so it depends what you're looking for. But overall, I would definitely recommend.
I got a YOHO mobile data eSIM for Japan. Once installed & while in Japan it took a bit longer for the eSIM to start operating but afterwards it worked great!
At first I was unable to use hotspot but their fast & responsive support quickly helped me fix that. Will definitely use again next time.

Going across Chinese great firewall without problems and with high speed. Only ones during months of staying here had problems with connecting to internet, support helped me in 15 minutes.
I used two eSIMs from Yoho Mobile! With the second time I had first some connecting issue, but the WhatsApp support team was so helpful! They immediately answered and stayed connected with me until we solved the problem! I still really appreciate it a lot! I can really recommend to get an eSIM for any country!

Prompt assistance and effective support. However I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 because it took so long to resolve the issue (almost 2 hr). NOTE: the issue was related to the host network so it did not relate to the Yoho team. Thank you for helping resolving the issue.
I had trouble connecting at first but the Support team was very patience and helpful to guide me step by step until it was successful. Will definitely buy again and recommend to other.
