my road test concierge never showed up.. they won’t answer the phone either

Booked a road test concierge in Florida. I realised I had booked on the wrong date so I contacted customer services to ask if they could reschedule. I'm glad I did, because customer services told me that actually they had no concierge drivers in Florida so they would have to cancel my booking. Not sure when they were planning to tell me that, but I was lucky that I made contact with enough time before my test to make alternative plans! I don't think it is acceptable to take my money up front and confirm an appointment without doing a basic check that they even operate a service in the area!! I am giving two stars not one because i) the customer services were quite helpful and ii) I got the refund quickly.

Terrible company! Scheduled a drivers exam THREE times just for all three times to be canceled by the company. This would be okay but they specifically stated that there were available drivers with cars to take me but never the less they cancel less than 24 hours to your appointment. Save yourself the time and trouble, get a friend to take you. It’s cheaper, faster and more reliable

I don't appreciate the process I went through just to book an appointment. So sad.

Very poor web site, I need to make appoint to renew my tags. I should not have to join 15 day trial and I should not have to pay 1.00 to make appointment. this is stupide as for the people that run this!!

I had a terrible experience with YoGov (now rebranded as Skip) - they were incompetent, and they actually set me back 2 months.

I signed up for YoGov about 1.5 years ago when I wanted to expedite a DMV Road Test in the SF Bay Area because I needed a driver's license for work. What I didn't know (and they didn't make it clear) is that if you can't just accept any slot they give you, you lose the original slot that you had already scheduled.

So on June 11 I booked a test for August 12, and I was hoping to see if YoGov could get me an earlier appointment. On July 9 they told me my test was on July 15 at 11am, but I had an important meeting for work at that time that would have been very difficult for me to cancel, so I declined the spot. What I didn't know is that I would have lost my August 12 spot, and so I ended up rebooking myself a slot for September 24.

But that's not all - What made me even more furious the was that they later actually rebooked me for October 4, LATER THAN MY OWN BOOKING! It was infuriating.

I asked them for a refund and they did refund me, but that doesn't make up for that fact that I wasted 2 months because of YoGov. Plus the second booking where they booked a LATER test date for me doesn't make ANY sense at all.

I had been so busy with work I never reviewed them right away, but recently got their promotional materials (now as Skip) via email, and reminded me that I needed to write this review!

The assistant was great, had good knowledge of the techniques. Very well trained.

Excellent service, in aprox three weeks, you find my appointment with DL Department of Florida in Miami.
I did my appointment without problems.

Great service! I got an appointment for my driving test really quickly, the concierge was communicative, punctual, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

I actually found my appointment, which was fine, I had a larger area I was willing to travel than your team was allowed. Everything went well. Pricing was a little high, I felt. If it was between 100-150, I would have been happier with the service.

The team was able to handle my special requests (pickup at local transit) so was all good. The driver was patient where I would lose patience and actually helped to keep the focus on the driving test.

They suck!!! Good with making appointments, but not showing up. Made me an appointment for driving test on the 17th. The driver had an emergency/no show. Gave them another chance. Made appointment for 24th. Driver had emergency/no show. Just want my $$ back!! 2 days lost wages. If you think you'll get drivers test in Dayton oh. Not gonna happen!! My $$$ pending back in my account 3 days later.. Im glad that showed up..😎😎

I paid for a quicker driver's license appointment. I never heard from this company after I paid them. I tried emailing them twice but never got a response. I have disputed the charge on my credit card so should be getting my money back. Do not use this company!!

actually waited until the night before my son's driving test to tell him ,they had no one to take him for his driving test after sending me a confirmation email prior that stated he was set for his appointment and sending a contact name just to now say the night before no one could take him.
Unable to reach anyone in Customer service. Waiting for my money to be refunded. Don't trust them.
