I had an amazing experience with YogaRenew’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. This journey has been truly meaningful for me as I worked toward my dream of sharing yoga with others.

The course was well-structured, detailed, and easy to follow. I especially appreciated learning about class sequencing, teaching techniques, and how to create safe and balanced yoga classes. The assignments helped me gain confidence and improve my skills as a future yoga teacher.

I loved the flexibility of learning at my own pace while still having access to valuable resources and guidance. This program has given me a strong foundation and inspired me to continue growing in my yoga journey.

The training was thorough and well structured. All aspects of teaching, from class structuring to pose breakdowns to anatomy and even yoga philosophy was well integrated. The live-session weekly schedule was also robust - and the teachers were very genuine and helpful.

This course was really helpful. It was intuitive and I liked that one can do it at one's own pace.

The online course was very well structured, clear, and professional, and I really enjoyed going through all the modules. I learned so much and now feel much more confident guiding pregnant people in their yoga practice. The support via email was also very helpful and friendly.

Loved the flexibility of the course. I was impressed by the knowledge of the instructors and the reminder to enjoy the gift of yoga from the each one.

From start to finish, the experience with Yoga Renew certification is hands down the BEST certification I have taken in my 30 year career in the fitness industry. The level of attention and detail throughout the entire training is impeccable. The staff was so supportive and knowledgeable- from instructors, to virtual trainings to contacting support.

The training content and materials are highly comprehensive and structured. Each instructor teaches with great dedication and diligence, and the available learning resources are abundant. Additionally, the customer service support is exceptionally prompt. I have gained a great deal from this journey, which has truly helped elevate my spiritual and inner well-being.

This program was easy to navigate, well supported, and overall felt very comprehensive. There was never a question or topic where there wasnt very comprehensive information available.

love that it is self-paced to eliminate pressure of completion at a certain time and to accommodate people's different schedules. the structure and organization throughout the program was suitable for the material. they provided quick responses and were helpful with any issues and questions i had. i will say i didn't feel super prepared to create sequences and class experiences at the end of it, as it was not really a part of the material, only during the "extra zoom hours " part was there opportunities to receive help outside of the regular program.

Every teacher I’ve met at YogaRenew teaches from the heart. The course beautifully balances scheduling flexibility with a comprehensive, deep-dive curriculum, allowing me to revisit past materials while continuously learning new knowledge. Great course. Loved the in depth philosophy classes. Instructors were fantastic. Very easy course to navigate with endless opportunities to gain extra knowledge through live zoom calls and recorded sessions.

The course is very comprehensive. The depth of information broadened my understanding of yoga beyond the asanas.

The live classes are very helpful. Students are able to receive live feedback and have questions answered on everything from yoga philosophy, anatomy, asanas, meditation sutra, etc. I found the feedback sessions very helpful.

I would highly recommend YogaRenew for anyone interested in learning more about yoga, and to become certified.

I recently completed the YogaRenew 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the things I appreciated most was the diversity of the teaching faculty. Every instructor brought their own unique perspective, teaching style, and life experience to the program, which made the training feel well-rounded and exposed me to different ways of understanding and practicing yoga. It reinforced the idea that there isn't just one way to be a yoga teacher, and I found that incredibly valuable.

The curriculum was comprehensive, and I enjoyed learning from instructors with such varied backgrounds. Many of the teachers were knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping students grow both personally and professionally.

That said, I did have a challenging experience with one instructor. While I understand that every teacher has a different communication style, I often found that when students asked questions, the responses felt dismissive or condescending rather than educational or supportive. Instead of encouraging curiosity or helping clarify concepts, it felt dissmissive. I believe students should feel safe asking questions without fear of being made to feel inadequate. I have been teaching yoga for 10 years and have never felt the need to respond in a condescending way.

This experience did not diminish the value I gained from the program as a whole, but I do think it's an area where YogaRenew could continue to improve. Providing an environment where all instructors respond to student questions with patience, openness, and respect would make an already strong program even better.

Overall, I would recommend the YogaRenew 300-Hour YTT to anyone looking to deepen their practice and expand their teaching.
