When I retired, I decided to try new things, and joining Coreflex was one class I was interested in attending. I had never experienced yoga or pilates, but I pushed through my fears and booked my first session. I have been going 2/3 times a week ever since. Over 2 years to date. I do have some health issues, but Glenn is very supportive and encouraging. I have improved in many ways, and the classes are fun. The camaraderie in the class is great. I have made some wonderful friends and met some lovely people. I can guarantee that if you come along and give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Great people, great venues, great fun, and best of all, great teaching, support, and encouragement from Glenn. 😊

Just the best! Fun, funny, hard work and effective! Just a totally great hour, so I now do 3 hours a week! Great value! Honestly, book on! I absolutely love these classes and they make me happy! 2 years later, still amazing! 🤩
