I have tried to cancel my membership to YogaClub for over a month now. I have followed their suggestions for self-maintenance and canceling online, and each time receive an error saying their is something wrong. I have reached out to customer service over 4 times and each time I get their BOT response that says its from Abby, telling me they will contact me further within 3 business days. That time comes and goes and NO RESPONSE. They are willing to take your money, but have no customer service follow up or contact capability. I’ve had this subscription for over 5 years and have no issues with the products, but never needed customer service until now! This is ridiculous! I’m at the point where I just have to cancel them from billing my credit card, in order not to be charged again! It’s really pathetic!
