Just under a year ago, I got scammed by this company whereby money was taken from my account. I tried to email to get it rectified with replies of no accountability whatsoever. Took various amounts from my bank account and updated my bank to block this as fraud. This year, I have had several random emails that keep on coming through saying they will now refund me and if I could take my negative review of this site - these emails are repetative and say they have reinbursed me with constant requests to delete my negative review. To date, I have had no refund over these many emails. Clearly this is just a MASSIVE scam all over again. I feel haraased by these emails and repeat my concerns from previous review - SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Steer clear.

This website is a scam they lured me to this website I thought it was for sa ticketing website dont be fooled bu this scammer! They even emailed me to refnd but with a condition to give them a 4 or 5 star recier here on trustpilot! Shame on you! They will automatically get money out of your debit or credit card so dont ever trust this yogaclass vip

While downloading the Lifepoints application, an unauthorized charge of 1 CHF was made to my account without my consent or prior knowledge. I had not provided any payment information nor agreed to any terms that would permit such a transaction.

Upon discovering this charge, I promptly contacted Yogaclassvip.com customer service to address the issue. Disappointingly, they acknowledged only a 0.10 EUR transaction and proceeded to refund just that amount, leaving the remaining 0.90 CHF unaccounted for.

It’s imperative to emphasize that the monetary value is not the primary concern here; rather, it’s the unauthorized nature of the transaction and the company’s inadequate response that are deeply troubling. Such practices not only breach consumer trust but also raise serious questions about the company’s data handling and billing procedures.

I urge potential users to exercise caution when dealing with Yogaclassvip.com Unauthorized charges, regardless of the amount, are unacceptable and indicative of deeper systemic issues. I am currently seeking further recourse through appropriate consumer protection channels to address this matter comprehensively.

UPDATE – May 13, 2025:
After posting this review, I was contacted by Anne from the company. I had already received a partial refund of 0.10 CHF in my account, but I appealed for the full refund of 1 CHF, as this is the amount that was originally taken from my account without my consent. Anne has since reached out again to address this issue, and I am awaiting the resolution. Until now, the experience remains unsatisfactory and unclear.

I have been receiving multiple emails from the company asking me to delete my review as a condition for receiving compensation. Their explanation completely undermines trust — what connection could my personal experience and public review possibly have with their compensation system? Such reasoning is unjustifiable, unprofessional, and raises serious concerns about the company’s transparency.The issue is not the small amount itself, but the fact that the company intervenes while you are downloading another app and requests your information, which then leads to an unauthorized charge. I will delete my review only once the matter is fully resolved and the compensation has been properly processed, as keeping the comment public is the only way to ensure transparency and protect consumer rights..
