Yoga Insure Reviews 

When taking out insurance with a Yoga Lite policy at no point was it made clear that this policy does not have windscreen cover. I have never, in 50 years of insuring a car, had a policy that does not have windscreen cover. This should be emphasised at the point of taking out cover. To add insult to injury I am now getting emails from Yoga telling me how easy it is to make a windscreen claim. Any saving I made with this policy will now be gobbled up my paying for a new windscreen.

First off, very cost effective and great value for no nonsense insurance. Everything you can manage online, so no hanging on the phone for hours.
If you do need any help or assistance, there are real folk on the online chat. I had cause to need to talk to someone and I got through to Jack within a couple of minutes and he sorted out my issue no problem.

Today I was on the Live Chat with Ami who finally was able to resolve my problem and inform me of what happens next. I was in an accident in April this year and my car was only written off recently.I have been with Yoga for a while and never had any issues until I had my accident.I have found it difficult to navigate the No reply emails and No reply text system.I like speaking to a Human being I find the automatic Robot system is not easy, when what you need to resolve is not on list of subjects, or allows you to input what it is ,
if it is not on the list I now know that there is a human being on the live chat at certain times, you can access it, but I only recently discovered it, and I really wish I had done that sooner. Anyway Thank You Again Ami for your assistance today it was very much appreciated.

Good friendly service

I tried to change my vehicled details online but encountered an issue with the model database. I entered a chat with someone called Charlie whom was most helpful. They tried several ways to find the correct vehicle details but to no avail. I have since cancelled my policy with the help of Charlie. The service was excellent. Sorry to be leaving Yoga.
